First time sleeping at The Zen Hotel. I'm very impressed. The service staff is good. They speak nicely. The parking area is very spacious. The room is very clean. There are all utensils, everything, food and drinks. In the room you can eat everything such as coffee, snacks, Mama cups. The air conditioner is very cool. I will come to use the service again.

There are hardly alternatives in Yasothorn, but if I come here again, I'm not going to live again. Last night, a few big crab insects danced through our rooms. As an Asian traveler, you're experiencing this continuously - I didn't like it anyway. Breakfast is a effort, my request for some milk for coffee was answered immediately friendly - but remains very, very basic: You must keep toat with butter and a variety (fortunately a beer) marmelade. There were a few eggs prepared for this. Positive: Because there are few guests here, you park right in front of the door. The room service prepares tasty domestic food in a short time at cheap prices. The staff is endeavoured. Unfortunately, no one was able to print my Boarding passport. After a few steps, I was allowed to use a computer in the management office. The staff in the office then very well observed my ability, Windows 7-Gerat not only to start but even to get to the Internet and move to print ... So much appeared the device had not been done for years ;-) I was here for the first time 17 years ago; Since then, there is probably nothing happened except purses ... So it looks like ...

Having stayed in 5 different hotels, this one was a first off (and last time) experience, I wrote an e-mail to the hotel management and am still waiting for their answer. Having booked & prepaid 3 rooms (for 6 people) everyone had to provide ID cards/passports, also a form had to be filled to let the hotel know where we cane from, and where we would be going next (?) this is not a SHA+ hotel in the middle of Bangkok! When asking for a copy of the policy, I was shown a sign where it stated that who booked must show proof if ID - After reading this aloud, the employee just shrugged and said everyone had to ID themselves. So we complied. The rooms were small but very clean, housekeeping staff was very friendly and checking out only required to put the hotel key pass into a box at the counter. The location is definitely not to be recommended, nothing nearby in walking distance.

Should walk in or contact the hotel directly. It will be cheaper than booking through trip.com even though trip.com will be informed that it is a shallow discount, and then I feel stupid about booking through trip.com for the first time at this hotel.
