Ephesia Holiday Beach Club

Went here last week for the October Break with family members,including my Little Boy.The Pools are great for all age groups but any family will be disappointed with the Kids Club,a large sign clearly states (KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED BY PARENTS AT ALL TIMES)not ideal if your looking for an hour to yourself,the most amusing part was the Staff member had a Tip Box on her Table!!! Hotel is fairly clean,there are the odd plates lying around where you wouldn't expect to find them this could be to less staff at this time of year... The A La Carte Restaurant was unavailable due to it being the end of the season but you still pay £3000 for your Holiday regardless!!! The Hotel is pretty much well away from Kusadasi itself you'll pay 20 Euro Return for a Taxi,there are a couple of little shops nearby and shops on site. Food and Drink selection was really good and the staff are very friendly and helpful but I would definitely do some research into this Hotel if you are a family looking for some relaxation because you'll be doing alot of the entertaining yourself!!!

We’ve just came back after 11 nights with kids and do not recommend this hotel. I said in the past I will take a risk and try and was left very dissapointed. I used to work in 3 and 4 stars hotels in Great Britain in the past and this is very weak 3 stars. Also has been on holidays in 3 and 4 stars in other countries. Our room was old which was fine but wasn’t clean properly. No hot water in the tap and only shower head was working in the shower. Floor was constantly dirty with random hairs left after cleaning. Not hovered or brushed at all. Terrace floor is never cleaned even when quests are moving out. Room was noisy in the morning and you could even hear what neighbours were talking about. We had coffee and soap in soap dispenser only for first three days and they have never fill them back in till the end. Lots of mould in the bathroom. Tiles are falling apart in the pool and pieces of wood are falling from little bridge in to the pool. Food wasn’t bad but restaurant area was dirty. Luckily none of us was sick. We went for one breakfast early to check and even before people arrived floor was wet and slippery. Beach is dirty and looks like no one cares about it. Staff can’t understand English and even with reception it was hard to explain our issues. Only lounge bar staff and animation team cares about guests. They are working very hard to make people happy there. Thanks very much to them. My daughter was visiting kids club and she liked it however is also dirty especially floor even when kids are taking shoes off there. Little play area in games room was awful with rubbish everywhere. On the last days I asked reception if I can pay extra and extend hours in the room as our flight was at midnight and took quite a while to explain it however they said no. Shower in the reception area was dirty and broken and we were left with like garden hose to shower ourselves before journey back home. We stayed all day on the pool by our room and checked with neighbours and no one checked in to our room until we left the hotel so don’t know why they didn’t let us stay a bit longer with kids. I have never experience these issues with TUI 3 and 4 stars hotels. Thanks very much for lovely family from Dublin who offered us help on the last day. If anyone has any questions I’ll be happy to answer. If they want British people to come and spend money there it is lots to learn. We tried Italian restaurant. Staff really king however forget pepperoni or mozzarella. No lasagne or calzone. Wine is from downstairs restaurant. Bruschetta doesn’t exists. Also is town they are ripping people off. If you want to pay cash they give you the price in euro which is fine but if you want to pay by card price is going up about 8 euros. This is all my opinions and experiences. I’m going to complain to Jet2 and wouldn’t be back there.

We were at the hotel in August 2024 (two families 2+1 and 2+2). Rooms clean, in the new part very nice. We had the use of room FZX1 and DZS1. The biggest asset of the hotel is the service, the bartender Baran, who worked a AQUA BAR, deserves a special mention. Smiling every day, kind and helpful to both children and adults, a fantastic person. Dinner in the Turkish restaurant was delicious and the service was very friendly. The only weaker element is the beach, but the number of pools makes up for this weaker aspect, the children were not bored even for a moment during the 7 days.

This was the second time we have stayed here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and great choice. Good pool area. Entertainment wasn't quite as good as two years ago. Location right on the beach was perfect. Lovely walk along the coast too. Rooms were clean and we had a great view. Spa was also amazing. Perfect holiday!

Our first holiday here was June 2024 for 14 nights and had such a great time we booked again 6weeks later and went back August 2024 for 10 days.This place is amazing loads to do,our kids made use of all the pools ,up playing darts and dancing with the animation team(Barni, Nilay,Burat Cesper,Tweets,Eton,plus all the others what a fantastic bunch they are they do a great job,and I have to mention Baron and sefi on the bars always talking to us and making us laugh one of the reasons we will be back keep up the good work and see you all soon .

For over 7 years we have been coming to Ephesia holiday beach resort. Every year we step out of the transfer and it feels like coming home. Over the years a lot has changed and so has the staff. But the friendliness of this staff is always the same. We genuinely become friends with them, learn from each other and can laugh together. The staff makes long, hot and busy hours but there is always a smile involved. Really great. I would also like to give an extra compliment to the animation team, they are amazing. They bring visitors together and their different cultures. Also the food is very good. Ephesia 2025 here we come!

What can I say other than what an amazing holiday, myself son (14) daughter (5months) and mum came here for a 2 week holiday and I can honestly say this has been the best holiday ever. The staff are so friendly rooms are clean and cleaned daily food is great so much choice so much to do entertainment staff are amazing aswell. There is honestly something for everyone here would 100% recommend and we will be returning next year. Shops located outside of hotel market us close by too in taxi, taxis are outside the hotel. This has honestly been the best holiday ever for myself and family. I can not fault this hotel in any way and looking forward to booking again for next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Ephesia Holiday Beach Club. Myself, husband, son (12) and daughter (8) stayed for 10 nights early June. The staff are friendly. The hotel is very clean and rooms are cleaned daily. There is a good choice of food but as an all exclusive resort this gets very repetitive and as there is not that many UK/ Irish visitors I think the food is geared towards the Turkish!! Unfortunately the Chinese restaurant was not open for our stay so we went to Hong Kong restaurant in Kusadasi centre which was delicious. The kids were delighted to have ice cream there as the hotel only as ice pops at an allocated time. The pools and slides were fantastic and these made for great daytime entertainment as Unfortunately we found the nighttime entertainment very repetitive. The shops in the hotel are very well stocked, better quality than the markets and competively priced. The hotel is set on a small private beach so the views are spectacular - Sunsets are amazing! As advised on here car hire is recommended as not much in this area. Overall we had a lovely stay here and would recommend Ephesia Holiday Beach Club for a quieter family stay just outside centre of Kusadasi.

Well, I don't usually do reviews, but I thought this 1 I had to; if I could have done more stars, I would have, ✨️ The entertainment team was amazing! We struck up a great friendship with them all, They were friendly polite and were always walking about with a smile on their faces. The main people we interacted with were: Eto , Barny , Sait, Diego, jasmin, Mehmet, and tweety ❤️ Thank you for making our holiday so much fun we are already looking at when we can book again
