Заселились в номер со сломанной кроватью, часть деревяшек в которой уже отсутствовала. Неудивительно, что оставшиеся ломались постоянно и невозможно было нормально спать. В номере продувают окна и в -22 очень холодно находиться в нём. Вода в ванной имеет ужасный запах, а в куллерах быстро закончилась. На первом этаже отсутствуют решетки на окнах, что не безопасно. Хочется отметить администраторов гостиницы, одна из них очень приятная, а другая грубо отчитывала нас за изначально сломанные кровати.
