Ani Grand Hotel Yerevan

Rested with the family in August 22 at the hotel. Looking at a nice hotel, the room is excellent and large, clean towels and underwear. A little pompous and ampirous, but it's for the amateur. Everything is clean and neat. But there are huge consequences: 1. Restaurant - breakfast is served in the restaurant , a la dining room. Cheap rolling tables, with waiters with trolleys as in the dining room. Breakfast is varied. Good coffee espresso , cappuccino and Americano are not available . Casha is terrible. But the choice of vegetables and fruit is great. Despite the rich choice, breakfast was a terrible impression. 2. The Internet is simply not here. The room luxuriant was not possible to work , the video connection didn't work 3. The apocalypse of our stay in the room , was the absence of the Internet in the room . The staff of the Resepshen Milan, Eliza and Aram could not solve the problem . The Internet was not at 7 p.m. or at 10 p.m. nothing changed. Answer the question to whom the application was handed over, who accepted , which number was not able either. This suggests that no processes are built in the hotel . It is a pity that a hotel claiming to be 4 stars cannot rebuild normal customer orientation . We will definitely not recommend this hotel. There are many hotels in Yerevan to order better .
Comfort Hotel

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked the hotel based on the photos on Expedia.com through a travel agent. As a side note, the travel agent named Liana at Must GoTravel left us high and dry and wouldn't respond to any calls or messages asking her if there was any way to change our hotel due to the horrible conditions. The positive points for this hotel is the hotel looks nice on a surface level because most of the hotel is made of marble (both inside the rooms and in the lobby) and they provide a good breakfast each morning. However, as soon as we walked into our room, we noticed IT WAS TINY AND NOT THE ROOM WE HAD BOOKED. All the photos on Expedia show large rooms for those with two beds, even large enough to fit a sofa in the room. The room we were given barely had enough room to fit two beds against two walls as opposed to the photos on Expedia which show rooms large enough to have two beds against the same wall and room for a table and even a sofa. I've attached a picture to this review but I believe they over booked and gave us a room meant to have one bed only. We asked for our room to be changed but hotel staff told us this was the room we booked and said they would change our room when they had a vacancy but they never did. Next problem: THE ROOM CONSTANTLY SMELLED LIKE CRAP. The sewage smell was overpowering. It was constantly leaking from the drains into the bathroom and room. We left the windows open to smog and construction fumes directly across the street from us to avoid smelling the sewage. We didn't feel safe leaving it open when leaving the room due to the construction crews right across from us so every time we came back to the hotel, we'd walk right into the smell of 50 people's POOP. The AC is set up in a way where it shuts off automatically when you leave the room so there was no circulation. We would have to run in, open the window, prop the door open, and place the room key in its holder for the AC to turn on and wait outside our room for 10 minutes each time we came back. We actually ran into another guest of this hotel at the airport and he point blank asked us if our room smelled like crap too so we know it wasn't just us. He had hotel staff change his room 3 times but they wouldn't change our room. Going back to the beautiful marble flooring which was found inside both the room and bathroom. Both me (in my 30's) and the family member I went with (60's) slipped multiple times and actually FELL on the hard marble floor twice. Taking a shower was a huge fall risk because the entire floor is marble and there is no shower door or shower curtain to block the water. Taking a shower here means the entire bathroom floor all the way to the sink and toilet will be wet and slippery. The shower itself was a small steam so a quick shower still took 20 minutes and the lever to open or close the water was broken in the wall. There was also no light above the sink so it was hard to see yourself well enough in the m

Heads of states, Movie Stars , famous Musicians, and international celebrities. You can see their pictures and guest book writings in the hotel impressive hall-of fame. The hotel has a very unique location at the heart of central Yerevan, on one of the main roads in the city. I was staying in a beautiful Room which had classic elegant design. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, with excellent king size bed, high quality beddings, large Bathroom with upscale amenities. The rooms are disinfected and are very clean. The hotel has many disinfection Stations throughout the entire hotel. The Service is excellent on every level . A special compliment to Liana Hovsepyan the profesional front office manager that arranged for me the perfect accommodation. She is very professional and very kind and speaking fluent English like most of the staff . The breakfast in the hotel is one of the best you will find in Yerevan . They have good quality choices including fresh detox juices and tasty local products that you can find only in Armenia. The waiters staff are very effective and polite and I must give special complement to the excellent Restarants manager David who takes care of every detail. The hotel surrounding has many Restaurants, cafes and shops worth visiting. The hotel is always a buzzing place with VIP’s and guests thanks to the professional PR manager Syuzi Ayrumyan who makes everyone feel like VIP and is also the best personal shopper and adviser to all magical places and Shops in this Beautiful city . This is not even a hotel, but a hospitality Armenian house, where you are always happy young and pleasant, very beautiful, well-educated and educated, good and attentive young guys. As a hotel expert, I have lived in many hotels in the center of Yerevan and when I was at the Sphere Hotel, which is ~3 km from the Republic Square, I was afraid to stay. But the hotel was suitable for me and territorial and at a price, so this time I stopped here. I would like to note that with the view in a modest room there is a chic hotel- cosy, fresh, beautiful, to small thought rooms with the most comfortable beds (the mattress will provide the most pleasant and quiet sleep) and furniture. The interior and its components throughout the hotel and in rooms - curtains, furniture, bathroom and plumbing, coats, towels, slippers, mini bar and the rest, it is what every guest needs - it is not important that he is a businessman or a recreational. Breakfast and restaurant staff, which speaks quietly in many languages, is a separate topic. You will find everything behind a modest breakfast, with everything very fresh and delicious, with the right feed. Apart from the right Swedish table of hot dishes and cold snacks, fresh vegetables and fruit, cashes and sweets, the young beautiful and very original actress Lilia, or any other staff of the restaurant, For you, he will cook aromatic coffee in the east and prepare an omlet as you need. Having stayed in this hotel for about 20 days, we now know exactly where we will stay next time in Yerevan. By the way, walking to the heart of Yerevan is exactly 35 minutes. A separate thank you to Nareku, a young but very professional and customer-oriented sales manager of the Stellar Hotels network.

AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I cannot stress enough on how disappointed I am with this property. Considered one of the best hotels in Yerevan, they managed to completely ruin their reputation in one day. My weddin took place in Yerevan on August, and I had one of the deluxe rooms booked with them for the photoshoot and filmography. I visited them 1.5 months before the wedding day to confirm my booking and ask permission for my wedding photoshoot around the territory of the hotel, lobby, and rooms. They've told me that, typically, they do not allow it, but will make an exception. Grateful for their kind gesture, I added another room (cancelling another hotel I had booked). Fast forward to the wedding morning, the photography crew arrived as scheduled at 10AM, and they were not allowed upstairs by the reception workers. They kept calling me and telling that no prior arrangements were made so they cannot allow the filmography. I tried explaining that when I booked the rooms and I asked multiple times if we could film in their property, and since I was told there will be an exception made (quoting: don't worry we'll make an exception), I did not think that further discussions were needed. I paid over a $1000 for a night in a room that I was only gonna use for photoshoot purposes. Because of their incompetence, We started the photoshoot an hour and a half late, were late for church, and almost got denied of our service. My wedding morning was completely ruined!!!!!!
