"Great hotel, for this price - the best! Firstly, a gorgeous view of the city, an observation deck with benches. Taxi gets there quickly (Yandex works in Armenia, it costs pennies). It's a bit far to the center on foot) Secondly, a clean, cozy room with everything you need. There is a kitchen with dishes and a stove, towels, slippers, toiletries. We stayed for 4 days, they cleaned us ☺️ The reception is polite and attentive, they answered promptly and resolved issues"

"This is an amazingly stylish, beautiful, and new hotel. It's located practically on Republic Square, but not in the noisy epicenter – rather, it's set back through an archway into a quieter courtyard. The staff are incredible; I particularly enjoyed the service at breakfast. The breakfasts themselves are out of this world: they have absolutely everything and it's all of very high quality – fresh juices, champagne, cheeses, and cold cuts. They can also prepare eggs Benedict with salmon or a traditional Armenian omelet with tomatoes upon request. There are desserts, local cuisine, and delicious Movenpick bean coffee. The waiters and managers bring everything and explain it all. Perfect. The rooms are large, new, and stylish. The staff speak both Russian and English. We forgot a bag in our room, and the staff helped us send it to another city via Yandex Delivery. We are grateful for everything."

"A good, family hotel, located between the airport and the center of Yerevan, near the central bus station. The hotel staff are responsive, will help with all questions. They cook breakfasts, dinners themselves (I didn’t get to lunch, I don’t know)), everything is delicious, home-style. I arrived a bit late for dinner, but they quickly set the table for me and didn’t leave me hungry. You can walk to the center of Yerevan in 20-30 minutes. The Ararat winery is nearby, if you are interested, you can go there on an excursion. The hotel is convenient for transit guests, for whom it is not important to be in the center of Yerevan and for those who are traveling further to the airport or bus station."

"The hotel is nice and modern, about a 15-minute walk from Republic Square. Everything you need is nearby: shops and pharmacies. The room is good and well-equipped, and breakfast is also good. The only downside was at check-in, they tried to charge us more than agreed because the staff member hadn't done an audit, which showed more nights than booked. Then, they gave us keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"Nice hotel and located close to the centre. Despite the hotel's high potential, there were some critical issues: - the first day we found some used underwear in the wardrobe and another day a wet rag on the bedside table; - there was almost nothing left to eat at breakfast (there was still 30 minutes to go); we had to complain and from the next day things improved; - the temperature in the room was not well adjustable; - in the SPA at 9.00 pm we found no towels and the sauna and Turkish bath were not functioning well (the first had no internal light and the second did not heat up sufficiently). Despite the complaints, the hotel manager did not think of giving us something to apologize in some way, but only tried to solve the problems (not always successfully). Attention to detail and customer care to be reviewed!"

"Hello. I want to leave a review about the Latar hotel, maybe it will help other people to choose a good hotel, than this crap where I ended up with my family. We were there for one night. The room was clean, but the sink drain in the bathroom did not work. The windows whistled, which is why we could not sleep. The indoor pool did not work. The spa complex did not work. Below I attach a photo from breakfast. I definitely do not recommend it."

"The room is clear and modern. I really enjoy the stay there. The location is great, nearby National Art Gallery and History Museum. It's also near a lot of restaurants and north avenues. They have good breakfast too."
Seva Komitas Hotel
"Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The only positive things were the friendly and helpful staff and the good hairdryer. The bathroom and the area under the kitchen sink had a very unpleasant smell. Even worse, there were cockroaches running around the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. Our towels were not changed even once during the 4-day stay. They never had enough time to dry properly after being used, making them unpleasant to use again. The bed linen was clean when I arrived, but it was not changed at all during our stay."

"This is a decent hotel near the Noy Brandy Factory. The room is neat and decorated in an Armenian style, but without being overly ornate. All the staff are pleasant: the reception is responsive, the bartender is nice, and the restaurant waiters are not intrusive. I really liked the blonde woman who cleaned our room – I didn't catch her name, unfortunately – but the others were a nightmare, completely brazen. They'd barge into the room without knocking and open the door whenever they pleased, even if the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was hanging. The breakfasts were absolutely mediocre, just omelets with sausages, vegetables, and pastries. I also want to point out that there are no restaurants or shops near the hotel, which is inconvenient."
