"Definitely recommend! We stayed for 2 nights. Great location! We walked all around the city center. The Cascade is just 10 minutes away. Nearby, there's a delicious restaurant with local cuisine called "Tavern Yerevan." I also recommend Lavash restaurant (in the city center). Upon arrival, a friendly doorman greets you, opens the doors, helps with your luggage, and escorts you to the reception. The accommodating front desk staff checks you in. We were very pleased to be upgraded to a higher category room. We stayed in room 802. It was a very spacious room, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. And what a view from the windows! Mount Ararat was right there, as clear as day! I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs with meat and tomatoes. You can also ask for an omelet or fried eggs. The coffee was delicious."

"Good hotel! The location is superb, and the room size is decent! The mattress is good, and the pillows are excellent! The staff handled all our requests quickly! We asked for a second blanket, no problem! The fridge stopped working, and they came and replaced it within 30 minutes! The room had more than enough lighting and outlets (including USB)! Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was quiet! There was some noise from the hallway, but that's common in most hotels! The pool, sauna, and hammam all worked perfectly! We didn't opt for breakfast. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, and currency exchange offices nearby! There's a VTB ATM at the hotel entrance (though it only worked 2 out of 5 times for us)! In summary, if the price is right, you can confidently book this hotel."

"Nice hotel and located close to the centre. Despite the hotel's high potential, there were some critical issues: - the first day we found some used underwear in the wardrobe and another day a wet rag on the bedside table; - there was almost nothing left to eat at breakfast (there was still 30 minutes to go); we had to complain and from the next day things improved; - the temperature in the room was not well adjustable; - in the SPA at 9.00 pm we found no towels and the sauna and Turkish bath were not functioning well (the first had no internal light and the second did not heat up sufficiently). Despite the complaints, the hotel manager did not think of giving us something to apologize in some way, but only tried to solve the problems (not always successfully). Attention to detail and customer care to be reviewed!"

"The hotel is nice and modern, about a 15-minute walk from Republic Square. Everything you need is nearby: shops and pharmacies. The room is good and well-equipped, and breakfast is also good. The only downside was at check-in, they tried to charge us more than agreed because the staff member hadn't done an audit, which showed more nights than booked. Then, they gave us keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Otherwise, everything was fine."
