We pay to rest and enjoy our holidays not to be disturbed by drilling noise. They neither let us know beforehand about the ongoing works nor apologised for the inconvenience caused."

Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided: slippers and robes created a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient. Breakfast is a very light snack. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but the service needs to be more efficient and welcoming. I recommend focusing on the variety of breakfasts and improving the efficiency of the service. If these issues are addressed, the hotel will be excellent."

"The staff were very nice and friendly. The restaurant is on the 8th floor and features a beautiful terrace overlooking Yerevan, which is a real highlight. You don't have to be a hotel guest to visit the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. I cannot praise the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower cubicle was heavily stained with limescale. The TV in the room wasn't working. My room was small, uncomfortable, and dated."

"This is a local water park. Since we didn't swim, I can't comment on the other facilities. The room isn't new, but it's large enough to be a small suite. The furniture is a bit old, but it's well maintained. It's good value for money, and the breakfast is okay. It's a bit far from the city center, so taxis are expensive. Everything else is okay."

"We stayed for one day on our way to vacation. We liked it and stayed for 3 days on our way back. We stayed in different rooms there and back. There is an early check-in (we arrived at 6 am) and late check-out (we left at 8 pm), you don’t have to pay for a whole day, like in other hotels. The room is spacious. The water pressure is excellent and the water drains well in the shower (this is important to me :)) Quiet. Very clean, you can walk around barefoot, they cleaned and changed the towels every day. Two 0.5 bottles of water every day. Dental kit every day. A wide bed with a comfortable mattress. Breakfast has everything you need - brewed coffee, porridge, hot dishes, cold cuts of cheese and meat, fruit, sweets... Very polite and friendly staff. A little to the right, across the road and a little further up - an excellent supermarket, a butcher shop where they make shashlik, a cafe. There is a restaurant next to the hotel. It's a bit far from the center, but firstly, Yandex taxi in Yerevan is not expensive, and secondly, there are such traffic jams in the center, I can't imagine how long it takes to leave the hotel for the airport. We recommend this hotel to everyone."

"I spent 3 nights in this hotel, just steps from Koryun Street, in an excellent location. Its location is precisely the hotel's strong point. I honestly can't give a positive review of the 3 nights, quite the opposite! The incessant noise of the refrigerator running all night is still ringing in my ears... But maybe that was the only problem... Have you ever seen anyone sleep in August at almost 40 degrees Celsius on a bed so hot that it would have been ideal if it were November? Maybe not you, but I (alas, yes). "Sleep" is absolutely not the right word after leaving so much sweat on the pillow (it was really hot!!) and maybe barely 5-6 hours a night. Otherwise, the cleanliness was good and the breakfast was good, although not particularly extensive. I want to point out that this hotel was my last-minute choice (when I booked it, I had just arrived at the airport in Yerevan!) due to the last-second cancellation of the previous hotel. It is easy to reach by taxi in 30 minutes from the airport at a cost of around 5000 dram or, as happened to me, 15€ on the way there."

"My friend and I stayed in Yerevan for 4 days and absolutely loved this hotel. We had a late check-in because our flight was delayed, but they were waiting for us at the front desk and got us settled immediately. The room was small but very cozy and clean, with daily housekeeping. Hot water was always available, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was a smart TV and good Wi-Fi. The hotel's location is unbeatable – you can't get more central than this. Revolution Square is just a 10-minute walk away, and there's a great, affordable cafe right around the corner. We opted for breakfast at the hotel, and the buffet was quite good, offering a variety of cheeses, homemade cottage cheese, sour cream, matzoon, eggs cooked any way you like, vegetables, fruits, pastries, sausages, cured sausage, and delicious coffee. In the room, they provided daily bottled water, coffee, and tea, and there was a kettle, hairdryer, and they even brought us an iron. The staff were truly amazing – very friendly, always smiling, and happy to help. We had an evening flight, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk without any issues. We will definitely come back to this hotel."
