Choosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy.
In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests.
A huge thank you to Arsen who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite.
Although I managed (with the help of Arsen) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is near Yerevan University. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Great Stairs of Socialism. Along the way is the Presidential Palace (probably) and the Embassy District. The buildings are very beautiful.
The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When we arrived, the room was not ready yet. The front desk asked us to sit on the sofa and provided us with free drinks. No matter what coffee or juice, it was freshly made for you. I thought it was paid for.
The hotel is a boutique hotel, not a large chain hotel, but the owner (manager) is very attentive. Although the breakfast is not as large as that of a chain hotel, we had breakfast for 4 days. There were new dishes every day. The front desk and service staff greeted each other every time they met. They were very friendly.
I saw that the waiter cleaned the room meticulously. When I entered the room, I touched every grid in the closet and there was no dust. Generally, many hotels are just superficial works.

It's very clean and the waiter will help me fold my pajamas🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. Breakfast was very good. Taking a taxi is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to it.

I have taken 2 rooms and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my family during 1st week of February 2024. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the restaurant too. The breakfast was also nice. They have a sauna also in the basement which we tried and was in excellent condition. There is a supermarket next beside the hotel where you can purchase anything that's required urgently. Also the shopping streets and good restaurants are on a walkable distance from the hotel. The staffs were polite and supportive. I surely recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our 2-day stay at the Dave Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, the pool and sauna are clean and relaxing, and you can reach beautiful places to enjoy within walking distance. Thank you for the pleasant stay :) We booked a family room and it was spacious. The two rooms are connected via a lockable door. Both Rooms have their own bathroom, television, and safe. The minibar is sensefully placed in the parent part of the room. Very good. We liked the breakfast. Everything was fresh and the choice was great. The Restaurant serves dinner till 23:00 and it is freshly made. We enjoyed dishes from the Armenian menu. Delicious. I can suggest eating at the Restaurant—an amiable waitress.

New city boutique hotel with great location and value for money. Immaculate cleanliness of the room on arrival and daily cleaning service. Accommodating reception. We’ve booked double deluxe room, quite specious, with coffee machine, TV, safety box, toiletries, shower gel/shampoo/soup “Dove” brand in dispensers, mini bar, complimentary water and sweets. As anniversary treat we’ve got swan towels arrangement on the bed. There gym, pool, bar, all day restaurant in hotel. Lots of small mini markets walking distance in the neighborhood. Disliked · 1) The breakfast was decent, but for international travelers’ convenience it would be great to have a labels on the dishes, perhaps ingredients for guests with allergies, dieting, Muslim (vegetarian, vegan, pork, beef, nuts , dairy etc). 2) Double deluxe rooms ( rooms higher category), as we were explained, located only in the lower floor. Our room was on second floor, so the view was not great, though the room itself was nice.

This was such a great experience! The hotel is nice and very clean. The staff is wonderful! From the manager to the desk clerks, to just all the workers, they really made us feel welcome and valued. The staff was friendly but also very professional; they went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were nice and always clean and at perfect temperature. If we needed anything, it was brought to us immediately. We also enjoyed the breakfast served in their dining area- it was always clean and the foods were delicious. There was always a great selection of foods and juices. The hotel was also very generous with unlimited bottles of water to keep us hydrated in the heat outdoors. Overall, an excellent place to stay and you get to be surrounded by staff that are passionate about customer service. Special shoutout to Lusine, Garnik, Marine, and Karen for their extra care and attention!

The hotel is very nice with an indoor swimming pool which is heated and sauna. The location is awsome and the breakfast very rich from every point of view. I specially liked the pain au chocolat which was one of the best I ate outside France.

One of the few hotels ever come across that all required everyday amenities are readily in the room, they have shaving kit, toothbrush, hair dryer, bathrobe, shower gel, shampoo, safe, shoe tongue and list goes on. Impressed with how considerate the hotel is to provide all these daily necessities ready in the room. Bed was very comfortable, AC in room was working well. Location is considerably good, near metro, there is a supermarket and atm just few metres away. The only drawback was the massage was disappointed. Had booked a deep tissue session but the masseuse that came said she was not experienced to do deep tissue and cut short the massage by 30 min. End up had to pay half the price for an unsatisfying massage. And the massage room was hot and stuffy with AC was not working.

We recently spent three nights at Dave Hotel Yerevan and had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. We greatly appreciated all of the help and kindness shown to us by Yana and the rest of the staff. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The only issue we had during our stay was that the sound isolation wasn't the best. It was a bit noisy on New Year's Eve due to the festivities in the area, but this was to be expected given the time of year. Despite this, we still had a great stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Yerevan.

I stayed for seven nights at the Dave Hotel, Yerevan in early October 2022 with my Russian lady friends. They gave us interconnecting twin rooms on the 6th floor, which worked very well. We had 2 bathrooms, 2 televisions, and a lot of space. We had privacy when we wanted it, but we were also together. Speaking for myself, my bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and the huge built-in shower was a joy to use. The minibar was very well stocked, and our rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day. Breakfasts were excellent. There was plenty of fresh fruit, such as plums, peaches, strawberries, and figs, which is not bad for October. We found the restaurant lacking in atmosphere in the evening, though, and the menu limited, so we mostly dined out, which was fine. The huge vases of roses in the bar did not go unnoticed, and we loved that funky lighting. We found Andranik and Tess on Reception to be very helpful. We also got to know Diana and Luna who worked in the restaurant and bar, (and apologies to those I've missed). This was my first visit to Armenia, but I shall be returning to the UK with happy memories, so it may not be my last. Dr Paul Harris
