Superb location. Friendly staff at the reception. Very basic amenities in the bathroom. Very small room. Didn’t try the breakfast

Overall a good experience. All the standard Ibis features are in place. The property is well-kept, everything is fine. Housekeeping does a great job too - so no worries.
In addition, in this particular Ibis you get a prime location in the city center with all the benefits, and also a restaurant with a variety of food and breakfast options.
I would like to point out a smooth and courteous check-in. Erik did a great job , ensuring all the preferences are accepted.
And personally, I would like to say special thanks to Zara. As a family, we are so grateful for her personal attention and help when we really needed it.
To sum up, I would say that Ibis Yerevan Center is a smart choice if you visit Yerevan. Look no further!

Once you check in, you will find a serious problem that there is NO electric kettle for hot water. Every time you want to have a little hot water, you have to beg some after taking a long way to the 3rd floor or the lobby, no matter how tired and thirsty you are.

Excellent location, most of the main attractions are within 5-15 mins. walk, staff are so friendly and helpful, just a bit troublesome to get hot water from lobby bar, still I'd a very pleasant stay.
