Messier 53 Hotel Yerevan

1. The location is east of the core area, about a fifteen-minute walk to the square. 2. Pros: Clean and tidy, a balcony is a great plus, and the front desk staff were very friendly. 3. Cons: The facilities are mediocre. There was no soap or razor, and bath towels were sometimes not replenished promptly. The disposable toothbrushes and tissue paper were of average quality. Overall, the facilities don't quite meet a four-star hotel standard. The restaurant didn't have milk, which was a significant drawback.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel: it's conveniently located, offers delicious breakfasts with excellent scrambled eggs, and has polite staff. The in-room toiletries were a nice touch, and there's a good park nearby. The soundproofing was great; we didn't hear any street noise or our neighbors. Plus, there's a VTB currency exchange office on-site. On the downside, the curtains were too narrow to cover the panoramic window completely, letting light into the room. Also, the hammam and jacuzzi in the spa were under renovation during our stay.

The staff is unfriendly, especially in the breakfast restaurant. The receptionist only promises to solve problems but does nothing. The air conditioning in room 309 was like a tractor, and we slept with headphones on! The photo shows the condition of the room ceiling and the main entrance to the hotel.

We stayed for three nights. We liked the location, the staff was polite and helpful, the breakfasts were good, the hotel was modern, and the rooms were clean. There's a spa area. We highly recommend it!
