絕對差評，都什麼年代了，還有人揌小卡片，給前台打電話前台説他們也沒有辦法，這種安全隱患想想都害怕，衹能自己多注意

沿長江三峽自駕到達宜昌，麗橙是個好選擇！酒店很新，第一次嘗試了手機智能開房鎖和控制房內燈光；交通便利，步行吃了當地菜晚上看了電影“孤注一擲”，退房時忘了充電寶在房間，前台姑娘懂事幫我直接寄回家了，好評！！

整個旅程中一家人最滿意，最值得家庭親子游打卡的酒店，沒有之一。從酒店設計到服務都盡顯細節，旋轉樓梯很適合拍時尚大片，我和姐換上禮服拍了個夠，遺憾的是拍照太忘我，錯過了下午茶和清吧小酌兩杯的時間，留給下次吧

洗着澡突然斷電，然後一看超時兩分鐘了，摸着沖完水穿衣服的幾分鐘裏，客服電話催兩次，服務員敲門一次，然後聽見客房走到嚷嚷到客人不出來我也沒辦法，前台估計都不會笑。酒店硬件還可以，自己超時有問題，但還是不爽摸黑短短几分鐘還被催促幾次這種服務水準

房間很嚴重的臭味，衞生間沒有處理，躺着床上都睡不着。反覆去關門。這個真的沒辦法，裝修的結構性問題。不推薦來住。

第一 這是打掃過的地毯你們看看臟不臟吧
第二 之後定的親子房除了兩個擺設長勁鹿沒有其他小童該有的 投訴後送來了成人牙刷和積木桌
第三 智能電控系統 衹要人一起身走到洗漱台 半個房間全亮 沒有其他辦法關閉 衹要起來就亮 投訴後衹能後台全部關閉 包括充電設備 導致一晚上不能手動開燈的情況下 手機也無法充電 我不知道這算智能還是啥

酒店位置很好，交通也很方便，距離各個商場都很近，房間設施都挺好，非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適 熱水也來得很快，東西都比較齊全，入住時前台小姐姐莉莉，小婷，小張還免費送礦泉水和飲料，晚上樓下也會有夜市、燒烤，吃飯很方便，下次來還會選擇滴😁
