It was close and convenient for all activities. The room looked very fancy and the pillows were good. The staff was helpful and kind, and gave us an extra room card and power charging cable upon request. The carpets needed cleaning, however.

酒店的客房確實如其他評論所説，温馨且貼心，每日都有留言條，增補我們自己忽略他們發現並提供的物品和服務。酒店非常不錯，但攜程在房價上的雁過拔毛讓人不爽，幸好衹在網上預訂了一天，其他兩天在酒店前台付款的，及時止損。

管家，清潔阿姨，前台小姐姐非常熱情，負責任。環境優雅，交通購物便利，周邊就有小吃街，購物中心，小童公園。住上幾天也可以晾曬衣服，但是洗澡的水龍頭花灑出水有點小，希望酒店能改進，因為這個花灑真是遠遠匹配不上你們的服務和其他設施的。

房間很大，非常舒適，停車方便，附近吃飯很方便。預計兩晚又續住一天，隔音效果一般，雖然安排的較為靠裏，但隔壁對話和鼾聲能聽清楚。
整體非常不錯，唯一不足感覺毛巾都該換了。
樓下有旅行社，很方便，兩天的行程都不錯。
清江畫廊選擇一日遊，最好別吃團餐，非常非常一般，算是個雷。

帶着孩子來宜昌玩的，房間乾淨整潔，洗手間又大又乾淨，特別是服務特別好，去三峽玩衣服打濕了，汽了掛在洗手間，服務員打掃的時候幫我拿來衣架掛在客房。行禮箱幫忙消毒，還送了消毒濕巾。。。。感覺特別好

外面看確實看不出來，但是裏面的設施服務是真的推薦！很人性化，衞生阿姨也很好，還有鞋袋洗衣液小樣送，還會有專門的人給我電話問我住的好不好有問題可以直接聯繫他，特別好，很喜歡，下次來繼續訂！
