This is an outstanding hotel. The rooms are large and have lots of bottled water and good toiletries. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place was absolutely fantastic although my only gripe was that the aircon we set to 18 degrees and the room still felt hot. We had two rooms so it wasn’t an issue with that room

硬件沒有問題，房間很新。關鍵是冬天很冷大廳竟然沒有開空調，裡外一個温度。門迎基本是擺設，拿了一堆東西，也沒有幫忙。

酒店交通很便利，旁邊就是萬達廣場，逛街很方便。酒店裝修很豪華，很漂亮。園區很大，晚上可以散步。房間衞生也非常好，乾淨整潔。客房服務員熱情的給我介紹了宜昌景區及路線，方便了我們的出行。早餐也很不錯。總之，入住非常愉快，高大上！！！下次還會選擇恆大酒店

多次入住，酒店位置非常好，地上地下都有停車場，安全方便。
酒店對面就是萬達廣場，吃喝玩樂超級方便，重點推薦萬達廣場四樓的“自己人”，來到宜昌，宜昌肥魚不能不吃。
酒店大氣豪華，設施完善，早餐豐盛，服務到位，迎客水果豐富，最滿意的是酒店健身房，配置科學完善，管理有序。

酒店看着還挺氣派，有星級酒店的範兒，房間也大，層高也高，裝修比較有高級感，早餐也還行。但服務和部分設施掉範兒了。
我們是接近凌晨兩點到的，孩子睡著了，行李也多，門口就是一工作人員，應該是保安之類的，居然沒有幫忙開車門，沒有幫忙運行李，就眼睜睜的看着我們抱孩子，拖行李。酒店的枕頭也真是睡着很不舒服，導致那麼累一晚上都沒睡好。
