This is an outstanding hotel. The rooms are large and have lots of bottled water and good toiletries. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place was absolutely fantastic although my only gripe was that the aircon we set to 18 degrees and the room still felt hot. We had two rooms so it wasn’t an issue with that room

There is no problem with the hardware, and the room is very new. The key is that the air conditioner is not turned on in the hall, which is very cold in winter, and the temperature inside and outside is the same. The door welcome was basically a decoration, and they took a bunch of things, but they didn't help.

Hotel transportation is very convenient, next to Wanda Plaza, shopping is very convenient. The decoration of the hotel is luxurious and beautiful. The park is very large and you can take a walk at night. The room hygiene is also very good, clean and tidy. The room attendant enthusiastically introduced me to Yichang scenic spots and routes, which facilitated our travel. Breakfast is also very good. In short, the stay is very pleasant, tall! ! ! Will choose Evergrande Hotel next time

The hotel is atmospheric, the room is big, and the facilities are good. The front desk staff are friendly and the room attendants are attentive. The western-style dinner provided is good, the breakfast is also very good, and the beef noodles (flour) are delicious!

The taxi ride is close to 20 kilometers, really good, high grade and low price, quiet and comfortable.

多次入住，酒店位置非常好，地上地下都有停車場，安全方便。 酒店對面就是萬達廣場，吃喝玩樂超級方便，重點推薦萬達廣場四樓的“自己人”，來到宜昌，宜昌肥魚不能不吃。 酒店大氣豪華，設施完善，早餐豐盛，服務到位，迎客水果豐富，最滿意的是酒店健身房，配置科學完善，管理有序。

酒店看着還挺氣派，有星級酒店的範兒，房間也大，層高也高，裝修比較有高級感，早餐也還行。但服務和部分設施掉範兒了。 我們是接近凌晨兩點到的，孩子睡著了，行李也多，門口就是一工作人員，應該是保安之類的，居然沒有幫忙開車門，沒有幫忙運行李，就眼睜睜的看着我們抱孩子，拖行李。酒店的枕頭也真是睡着很不舒服，導致那麼累一晚上都沒睡好。

設施很乾凈，打掃很盡心（我記不清給我留言的打掃的工作人員姓名了），很清靜，陽台喝茶很不錯。大堂工作人員開車門等很有禮儀。前台小捷、小吳、小程服務都很不錯。點贊。

這家酒店是來宜昌無意中選中的，這次選中的酒店非常的滿意，入住體驗非常好，設施很新，服務態度也比較好，停車便利，這次是帶着孩子一起來玩，白天玩累了，晚上回酒店，就像回到家一樣放鬆，非常的開心，尤其是春節期間，裝扮的很用心，很有節日的氣氛

非常滿意，特別是酒店前台服務人員：安娜，讓本次旅行有了賓至如歸的感受，寫了感謝信留在前台，致敬每一個用心用情做事的勞動者！

挺不錯的，比較大，早餐也還行，有小童餐具，小朋友很喜歡，到大瀑布和金獅洞也很近，可惜沒有游泳池和小童樂園

酒店環境衞生都不錯，唯一缺點就是訂房不包括早餐，也許是五一黃金期，但是花錢吃早餐沒有吃完的可以打包。

恆大酒店裝修很大氣給人有種浪費那種感覺，硬件設施也不錯，早餐中規中矩的，遺憾的這麼大的酒店空調捨不得用，一夜熱的沒睡好覺。
