Our stay was amazing. The room came with a butler service, Niu Xiaoliang. She was incredibly helpful and efficient, responding to every request very promptly. She gave us great recommendation for restaurants! The amenities were good, especially the smart toilet. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Travelled with my elderly parents. They were so happy with the room Zhouzhou upgraded us to. Automated toilet flush, high tech hotel. Blinds automatically open or close when u enter or leave the room, mirror light is finger touched. Definitely won’t try another hotel next time. Highly recommended. Not far from the train station. Amazing view!!! Superb will give them 20/10 for the room they upgraded us to.

Excellent service from mr Lu and ms Nu as always .  River view is so calm and peaceful from the room .   Breakfasts is excellent for this price point . This hotel is all about the warm and service one can enjoy during the stay

I'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang. I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

What a positive experience! From check-in with friendly and helpful Zhou Zhou and her colleagues to the room support and also the free self-serve laundry!! Excellent twin room with a spectacular view of the Yangtze - benefiting from a corner room - amazing. Loved the quality of the room contents - free snacks, good tea, nice bathrobes and quality linens. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Also high tech - I think if we knew mandarin we could have used all the room gadgets ! Nice TV - all Chinese. Lovely Chinese breakfast with wonderful views of the river. Good delicious food. Overall a 5 star experience! We will be back if we pass thru Yichang again. The location is fantastic - across from exquisite gardens and river-side walkways. Close to the Wanda mall. Highly recommended!!!

Very large corner panoramic river view room (1915). Excellent hospitality by the staff. Breakfast well varied and we had dinner in the cloud restaurant on the 15th floor as well very reasonable prices. If you go out the front entrance and turn left on the side street there is a nice little bakery on the left. The river walk is steps away across the street.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. We were given a room with a river view which was great. the staff were helpful in particular Xiao Ao who took the trouble to get us taxis and assist as interpreter with the taxi drivers was remarkable. Overall our stay at the hotel was great. The breakfast was also great.

Location is good, close to Yichang Visitor Center where Three Gorges Dam viewing boats are located. Surroundings is great and has walking trail along Yangtz River bank. Hotel front desk personnel are nice and helpful. Room is very clean. Breakfast has a lot of varieties to choose. We definitely would stay here next time when we visit Yichang again.
