In the middle of the night, the room I originally booked was said to be full, so I took a taxi and found it in the dark in the opposite direction. It was said that the room was newer and better, but it turned out that the facilities were too old. The coded lock on the door was the first to be hand-operated and it was not easy to use. The facilities in the room except for the TV are very old, and the cord to boil water and the kettle can't even reach the power supply. Especially the towels smell pungent, so I quickly changed them after staying for a day.

優點：周邊環境挺安靜，對面就是朝陽公園，早上起來沿着河邊溜彎曬太陽賞五花山很帶勁，房間各種用品齊全，尤其一次性馬桶圈好評。缺點：四樓，無電梯，行李多的請注意，周邊吃喝少，非自駕不如對岸方便。還有最重要就是床太硬了，睡不慣，一宿醒好幾回，咯得身上生疼。

總共在鳳凰水岸小區的單間公寓住了4天，感覺太好了。房間裏的一切都好，各種必備設施齊全，乾淨整潔，安靜舒適。小區環境特好，周邊全是飯店，超市，還有早市，生活特別方便。小區門口有一個董家餅店，早餐好吃又便宜，雞蛋、餅、豆腐腦、粥、小菜，簡單又乾淨，兩人吃飽花不到20元。附近大街上還有一家老漁翁笨鍋燉，一條3斤多的魚（無小刺，肉很嫩），外加一盤茄子或白菜，一盤豆腐，一盤粉條，燉一大鍋，才68元，三四個人都夠吃，又香又實惠。總之一切都很好👍👍👍

公寓適合年輕情侶住，管家服務熱心。但我們家庭遊接受不了他家波西米亞的裝修風格，賓館還送免費的套套。牆上插座沒幾個好的，我都怕給我充電器毀了。優點是房間大，三張雙人床，價格不貴。我就實話實説，大家自行決定。
