意外這間房間乾淨沒有任何可以嫌棄地方，絕對物超所值，下次來宜蘭還是首選這間

房間燈光到了11點過後漆黑一片 系統異常 多次請櫃檯人員協助 最後在半夜1～2點時更換另一間較小且地板損壞待修的房間（有事先告知地板損壞），燈光也是壞掉一次，隔天退房時 沒有退房間價差，櫃檯人員素質不錯但房間設施品質差勁

員工態度和善有禮貌，這次入住升級了房型，房間大浴室更大，訂房時確認有浴缸帶了溫泉粉加進去泡澡超級爽，隔天附的早餐還不錯吃，距離我要去的地方都很近，下次有回宜蘭會再次入住。
