The location is not very near city but with car or taxi it is easily access to anywhere. What matters is the staff and their service. The family room we booked for 2 nights is spacious and has sufficient room to move around. However, the sewer smell is strong. We informed the staff and they rectified it immediately. The next night all good, room very clean. Thank you to staff 呂宝桂, 陈品洋，张新鸿. All 3 of them gave us the best impression, very kind, helpful and have passion for their work. Well done. Tourism industry need you more. For a place to be successful it is not about the facilities, the room but also people who work there.

Comfortable environment and equipment, friendly and warm staff service, a room on the top floor (6th floor) with a wide terrace, warm sunshine, comfortable air conditioning, surrounded by greenery, it feels great. After checking out the next day, they took our mother and daughter to the Tiger Brand Rice Noodles Tourist Factory in Lizejian Park, which is more than ten minutes away by car. Thank you very much.

There happened to be a huge earthquake in Hualien on the day we checked in. Although it was very shaken, nothing in the hotel room fell. It still felt like a very stable building. The bathroom decoration is new and the color selection is stylish, I like it very much! However, the hotel does not provide disposable personal items such as toothbrushes and shower caps. It is recommended to remind guests on the hotel website or when confirming the order. The only biggest drawback is that the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately, this has also become a deterrent for me to choose this hotel again next time. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good, simple but satisfying👍
