Jianguo HIDDEN Hotel (Yinchuan Lanxi Valley Business Plaza)

I'm in Yinchuan on a business trip today and stayed nearby. This hotel has a nice environment; it seems to be a high-end Home Inn, very upscale and classy. The decor is quite nice, with a Chinese feel. The hallways are spacious, the lighting is soft, and the rooms are large. The shower water temperature in the bathroom is also good, and the breakfast selection is plentiful.

This is my nth time choosing this brand of hotel, and as always, it's a fantastic experience. The hotel's decor is clean and elegant, making it very comfortable. The service is also excellent. A special mention goes to the fact that the hotel provides humidifiers in the rooms, which is a thoughtful touch given Ningxia's dry climate. The surrounding environment is also great, with convenient transportation. It's not far from the Yinchuan Ring Expressway, making it especially convenient for travelers by car. Dining options are also plentiful, with various restaurants right next to the hotel. A particularly thoughtful touch is the hotel's provision of coupons for nearby restaurants, which I personally tested and found to be truly effective. In short, it's a highly recommended hotel—the price is reasonable, and the value for money is high. While there are a few minor shortcomings, they don't detract from its overall excellence.

First of all, this isn't a negative review with bad intentions. The day before check-in was pleasant, but check-out was a completely different experience. Let's start with the good things. The front desk service was excellent. Since the parking lot is in Baofeng, they can't directly record the license plate, which was a minor inconvenience, but not a big deal. The front desk service was truly excellent. This newly opened hotel has all the necessary amenities and is brand new. It's rated four stars by Ctrip and a high-end BTG Home Inn hotel, offering excellent value. However, the housekeeping depar**ent is a complete wreck. They let me in while I was sleeping, and even went into the second cubicle to ask if I needed cleaning. I don't know what the hotel's check-out time is. I didn't receive any calls asking if I wanted to extend my stay or check out, nor was I told I'd be kicked out before 12:00 PM. Ctrip lists check-out as 2:00 PM. Why would they push me in to clean my room before 12:00 PM? They barged in without permission by swiping their card? They just used a universal key card and entered a room that hadn't been checked out. Is that how they were trained? This is just rubbish.

銀川去了，美好短暫。灘羊吃了，一點不羶。坐在覽山公園看日落，陷入沉思：鎮北堡的紫霞與至尊寶，過得幸福麼？黃河大峽谷旁的賀蘭山，怎麼這麼長？回想懷遠夜市的酸甜苦辣鹹，回想生活裏的一天又一天，過好當下便是最好。回到酒店房間，感覺床單、被罩、水壺、小勺都在訴説著不捨；聽到酒店員工説“歡迎再次光臨”的時候，我身體微微一顫——這就是家的感覺。建國璞隱酒店，美麗的塞上江南。
