Yuxin Business Hotel (Yinchuan Drum Tower)

Not very satisfied. I ordered it for my family. In the evening, my family said that there was no hot water but cold water for bathing. The store said that the pipe was broken and was under repair. The next day I went to the restaurant for breakfast. There was no one, but there were a lot of flies, so I couldn't eat it. I asked for eggs and steamed buns to eat. The location of the hotel is pretty good, close to the bustling neighborhood, it's good to go shopping and eat.

Going out for half a month, the worst hotel in the whole journey, specially booked a room with a larger space. I didn't expect that the front desk gave another room type. It was as small as 24 inches of luggage and couldn't pass. I didn't notice when I arrived very late at the time. The first room was by the side of the road, and the glass was cracked so big that I didn't change it. It felt like it was going to break at any time. It was terrible and I asked to change the room. The second room has a strong smell of smoke. I suddenly remembered that there was a coffee table and chair in the picture when I made the reservation, only to find that the room type was wrong. When questioning the front desk, I replied that there was a big tour group on the fifth floor, all of them were elderly people. It would be very noisy to leave early the next day and then I gave the other room types on the 2nd floor. The room type originally booked on the 6th floor is no problem, but the experience is really bad when changing rooms for 2 times with children’s luggage in the big evening.

The price of the room is great value, next time I come to continue to stay

圖便宜住的這個酒店，差到發昏。 起碼衞生説得過去吧，牆上明顯一罈凝固的痰還是精？ 隔音差的一晚上沒睡着，隔壁房間説話聽的一清二楚。兩個房間的門也在一起，隔壁敲門就像在敲我房間的門。 **保潔13.20就敲門催促退房，明明14.00才到。午睡也沒睡好。 想住的好好考慮吧。

實在不敢恭維，太臟了，地毯臟的不忍心看，第一夜沒有熱水，空調也不能用用稍微有些熱度的水沖了一下兒，趕快睡了，第二天熱水就純粹沒有了，衹能湊付，家裡蚊子飛來飛去，看介紹居然是2018年的。

酒店位置不錯，大家都是通過網絡訂票的，結果酒店設施陳舊，最關鍵的是還沒有熱水，連早都沒有辦法洗。放假也沒有衞生紙，衹有衞生間用的那種。蚊子也比較多，有點無語。

洗澡設施簡陋，樓頂上酒店水泵總是壞。平時根本不注意檢修。 還有一個長相是一個胖胖的女排服務員態度很不好。今後注意些。

交通方便，房間乾淨，有專用停車場，滿意。

已經住進來了不想來回換賓館，準備常住的，但是實在是讓人住的很不舒服，每個房間的破空調都不起作用開了跟沒開一樣遙控也不能用，服務態度差，前台電話總是沒人接…
