It’s nice hotel with friendly personnel. The breakfast and the dinner was amazing. I enjoyed it very much. We had to leave earlier so they prepared the breakfast to go for us.
But the cleanliness is just so so. It looked not so clean…especially the toilet.

這家酒店的體驗非常出色。從入住開始，大堂副理許 越的熱情和專業就讓人印象深刻。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡潔而優雅，床鋪舒適，讓人能夠得到充分的休息。酒店的設施齊全，無論是健身房還是餐廳，都能滿足我的需求。最重要的是，服務人員許越貼心為我檢查了房間的衞生，主動詢問提供服務，非常好，讓人住得安心。總的來説，她周到的服務、酒店環境、設施還是衞生方面，都值得我給出滿分的好評。

入住非常滿意，因為帶娃出行，要考慮的問題很多，提前聯繫了酒店，大堂副理許越都幫忙協調解決了，還升級了房間，入住當天比較晚，給準備了小點心和水果。擔心孩子午睡的問題，延遲退房也妥妥的解決了。非常愉快的寧夏之旅。

酒店位於銀川市一個倉儲機電批發區，離高速路口衹有三站路。交通方便。可是我住了後，覺得怎麼都感覺像個四星酒店，覺得各方面都達不到五星，除了電梯口站的門迎對客人畢恭畢敬外，在其他服務員那兒得不到問候和笑容。停車場很大。停車方便。早餐中規中矩，達不到五星酒店的水準。麪包衹有簡單幾種。還沒有果醬。當我向服務員提出為什麼沒有果醬時。服務員説他們領導覺得擺了果醬不好看，所以不擺。特別是酒店的衞生，實在讓人受不了，浴缸裏前面住宿客人的毛髮還在，房間地毯上前面客人的煙灰還在，走廊，衞生間，房間地面，地毯上看着都臟兮兮的，房間窗户玻璃上面也是臟兮兮的。裝修材料也用的是很普通的三合板，像普通的快捷酒店一樣。我剛説的這些都有照片附後。如果你掛的4星，我也就不説什麼了。可是你掛了5星，就要按5星的標準要求自己。起碼在衞生和服務上面要按5星的標準。不然掛着五星會誤導我們這些會員衝著五星去住，而得不到5星的服務。
