On the day of check-in, the beautiful lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave us a bowl of spicy porridge and introduced the surrounding places to eat and drink. The room was well soundproofed and the breakfast was rich.

Facilities: I think in March, which is not the peak tourist season, 348 yuan should be enough to stay in a good hotel in Yinchuan, but this hotel is really speechless. First of all, I don’t know what the translucent glass door is thinking. My colleagues and I were on a business trip, and it was embarrassing to take a shower and use the bathroom in it! Because it was too transparent! In addition, what’s the matter with the exposed water pipe in the bathroom? It’s 2024, how can there be such a low-end decoration! And 348 yuan, you give me such a decoration? It’s really funny. Hygiene: The hygiene is so-so. It’s an old hotel, and the carpet is not very bright. Anyway, it’s relatively old overall. Environment: The location is the reason why I chose this hotel. It’s across the street from the Ningxia Grand Theater, the museum, and the library. I just stayed in the 223 hotel on Xinhua Street two days ago. Everything is good. I thought it would be better if it was more than 100 yuan more expensive. I never expected it to be so bad. Service: The service is very low score, the reason is, when I just entered the store, I happened to catch up with the front desk to go to the bathroom, OK, people have three urgent things, so I waited for five or six minutes. When checking in, they told us that the room was the last room, I said can we upgrade? I don't want to stay in the last room (because the booking page does not mark it as the last room), the front desk said that the standard room is gone, and then we are both girls, so we said that the double bed room is also OK, and it is ok to add some money. The front desk said, then I can't operate it here, your this is an online order, you can only cancel it online and re-book it. This is the first time I heard of this operation, but my free cancellation time has exceeded, it is really speechless! Then there is no way, just bite the bullet and stay. The next day, I went to a meeting with my colleagues and came back to pick up things at 11:20 noon. I originally wanted to catch the high-speed rail return at 12 o'clock, but the room card was invalid when I swiped the door. There was a cleaning lady in the corridor, so we asked her when to check out, she said 2 o'clock, I said why can't I swipe my room card, she said I don't know, you have to ask the front desk, maybe you are overtime, I thought to myself, what time did I overtime when I checked in the night before? But the intercom was on the cleaning lady's car, and she didn't pick it up to ask. I walked from the end of the corridor to the elevator entrance before I found a phone to call the front desk. The front desk asked someone to open the door for me. The service awareness of the service staff was really poor. I can only give it one star.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. Museums, libraries, theaters, banks, etc. are all nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable and warm. Check-in and check-out are time-saving and simple. The overall stay experience is good. It is trustworthy.

Booked this hotel for May Day travel, very close to the museum. There are also restaurants worth checking out nearby. The service of the pretty baby-faced lady at the front desk was also very good. All in all, it was pretty good.

The location of the room is very good, but because it has been there for too long, the facilities are a bit old. The room is spacious, the breakfast is rich, any needs can be met in time, and the stay experience is ok!

We booked a twin room, and the front desk kindly upgraded it to a king-size room. However, the hygiene of the hotel room needs to be improved. I won't mention it here, otherwise it will affect your customer base. There are also many service details that are not paid attention to, which brings inconvenience to guests. For example, at around 9 o'clock in the morning, the room suddenly broadcast that there was an emergency and asked everyone to evacuate quickly. I was still sleeping at the time, but I heard the broadcast and got up quickly. Later I asked and found out that it was a fire drill. This is very poor. I have stayed in many hotels and have encountered fire drills many times. However, other hotels will call in advance to notify or put a piece of paper on the table in the room when cleaning the room the day before, stating that a fire drill will be conducted the next day to let everyone not panic. You suddenly conducted a fire drill without notifying. If this happens frequently, once a real fire occurs, the guests will also regard it as a drill, and the consequences will be very serious! Also, one of the two elevators in the hotel is under maintenance and there is no sign. I was waiting for the elevator on the eighth floor, and one elevator didn't open its door when it arrived. However, this elevator stopped on the eighth floor and the other elevator didn't come up until the elevator with the closed door went downstairs by itself and the other elevator came up. I went downstairs to inquire and was told that the elevator was under maintenance. There should at least be a sign at the elevator entrance. In short, I feel that all aspects of the hotel have declined compared to before!

I didn't expect much at first, after all, the price was low. When I checked out, I handed the key to the front desk, and the front desk lady rolled her eyes at me and didn't say anything. The staff training is really poor, which shows the level of management.
