房屋居住細節滿分💯，乾淨利落。炊具齊全，我們還包了餃子。非常有家的感覺。温馨舒適。非常非常非常滿意。百分推薦入住。如果不是別人提前預訂走了剩餘的時間，我們會住六七天。

衞生很好，房屋乾淨，房東很熱情，位置便利，住得很舒適，性價比很高，我們早上起來坐車很方便，離公交站挺近的，遊一，二，三，都可以在附近上車，附近就有早餐店。

非常棒的居住體驗，地理位置好，安靜又方便，附近有很多早餐夜宵店，房間大小也合適，五個人入住，舒適感滿分，冰箱洗衣機都好用，洗髮水沐浴液也是很棒的，房主服務態度非常好，推薦！

房子跟圖片一樣，在10樓，兩個卧室，客廳還有個摺疊沙發床，我們三個大人帶兩個孩子住的跟合適。小區很安靜安全，一梯兩户有門禁，周圍都是新住宅區和政府單位，就是便利店有點遠，不過可以***外賣，不影響。

從來不給人差評的，都要養家餬口都不容易，不想給人家斷了財路。説實話房子確實不錯，乾淨衞生，免費停車，晚上很安靜。但這次的住宿體驗真的很差。因為房主房源的問題，入住當晚就被當地派出所上門調查，半夜1點多接到明天協助調查取證的通知。原本是帶着長者和小孩出來散心的，這一晚鬧騰的人心慌慌，第二天被帶到派出所，説是協助調查取證，但就像審查***一樣在小黑屋裡接受調查，作為黨教育多年的老黨員老革命軍人，向來都是聽招呼守紀律，不給他人添麻煩，可誰能體會到給我們帶來的痛苦。即使這樣我給的都是好評，給房子的。

總之就是感覺是個做的很久的酒店吧，周邊啥都沒有，離景區很遠，不適合旅遊住！一整個銀川給我留的印象就是人不熱情，路不好辨認！天氣就是個黃沙！一整個就是不好

出差銀川訂的這間民宿，還沒入住老闆很熱情積極的電話溝通民宿在什麼位置，是否帶車，帶車的話提供車牌號協調免費停車，入住後房間內非常乾淨整潔，周圍環境不錯，睡眠安靜休息的非常好，房間設備齊全還提供洗衣機，我們顧客能想到的房間裏都會有，價格還很親民 今後到銀川出差一定還住這。
