The hotel is very nice. But the guest in this hotel cannot allow to go swimming. Originally, the comments from trip.com said this is shared swimming for both hotels but this is not the case.

Super comfortable stay and the location was great, lots of local restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very helpful, would definitely return to stay again.

Same building as JW, good view, good facilities, love the bed and pillow, reception service still has room to improve.

Service was excellent- the room service menu is fairly priced and tasty and all the staff I interacted with were very professional and efficient. Location is pretty central, but also in a quiet area. There are a lot of electric bikes nearby which you can use easily to get to other places in the city. The room was bigger than it seemed online and the floor to ceiling windows were amazing.

房間挺乾淨的，設施齊全，有保險櫃和熨斗熨衣板，免費停到地下車庫很大，車位很多。早餐也不錯，非常喜歡散裝的酸奶。房內設施有點小毛病，一個是燒水壺底慢漏水，不影響燒水，但是説不能留在水壺裡；另一個是淋浴間的門縫漏水，洗浴後外面都是濕的。

在全國各地多次常住萬怡！銀川這家萬怡真是我見過最奇葩的！進房間收機信號不好，想連結酒店WiFi，居然連不上，問了2天酒店前天服務，告訴我他們也不知道怎麼弄。房間內的冰吧簡直就是擺設，裏面啥也沒有！打前台電話問能不能增加飲品？居然告訴我酒店沒有這項服務需要給他們經理去申請，難道客人消費還要自己去找經理詢問？晚上8點到1樓水吧想買點冰激凌服務員跟我説酒店7:30下班，不能結賬，讓我去隔壁的酒店去買！從來沒見過自己酒店的水吧7點多就下班的！服氣！真是服務最差勁的萬怡！！！

酒店景觀很好，大堂旁邊的電梯可以直接通到旁邊的萬豪酒店。早餐種類不是太多，洗澡的時候會有水從縫裡流出來。其他都還不錯，床品很舒適，是一家性價比很高的酒店。
