第一次來銀川喆啡酒店玉皇閣店，酒店前台小沈姑娘知道我們年紀大、用不好手機，所以她細心地幫我們查找遊覽線路和性價比超高的飯館、幫助我們訂出租車；她看到我們外出歸來，趕緊給我們到上可口的茶水……她無微不至的關懷，讓我們有一種温暖如家的感覺。我回去後會把這家酒店介紹給我的朋友們。

這家酒店簡直太棒了！從入住到離開，每個環節都讓我非常滿意！房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，設施一應俱全，工作人員熱情友好，推薦的西夏王陵非常值得一逛！地理位置去這些景點都特別方便！咖啡味很香！前台小朋友們很熱情貼心，下次一定還過來玩，非常推薦這家酒店，性價比非常高！

房間乾淨整潔，設施設備也很齊全，整個酒店都是復古風的很好看很別緻，是我喜歡的風格~服務也很周到，要了蕎麥枕頭送的很及時，過來出差這邊太乾燥了，前台小姑娘主動給我們送了加濕器，瞬間很暖心。自助早餐裏的熱奶茶喝着胃裡很舒服，好像是這邊的特色吧，口味很獨特，還有當地的麪食~以後過來出差就住這裏了！

帶着家人來銀川旅遊，看酒店地理位置比較靠中間去哪裡都方便就定了這裏，一進大堂工作人員服務態度都很熱情，有賓至如歸的感覺，前台人員主動給我們倒了熱水，又介紹了周邊好吃的。房間寬敞明亮，打掃的也很乾凈，小愛同學很方便很智能，孩子住的很開心！房間需要什麼東西送的都很快，性價比真的不錯，很推薦入住！

酒店在老城區的繁華地段，位置靠近鼓樓。從酒店出來有各種類型的飯店，特產店也多，買東西很方便。酒店隔一條街是步行街，很繁華的，想買什麼都能買到。

房間乾淨整潔前台小姐姐的服務態度特別好，我在樓下等車的時候特意泡了咖啡和茶，酒店位置靠近街區附近小吃街也很熱鬧，晚上可以看到鼓樓燈光非常好看！！
