温泉度假村哦！
衞生：差，沖涼房晚上九點前連熱水都沒有。十分之差。不會有下次。服務也非常差，連停車場了沒有。我可以實名舉報，

環境和賓館一樣的。
前台姐姐的服務態度不錯，帶我們去房間還幫我拿行李。
自主早餐非常差，衹有包子，白粥和炒米粉，還是有阿里分發的。關鍵是阿姨還要求我和不認識的人共食一份早餐。我自己要求和朋友坐一起，要求她加榨菜都不願意，磨磨唧唧的。

酒店位置非常好，就在黃花心身核心景區，更為體貼的還有自行車配備，一早起來，騎上自行車沿河邊慢步，濃濃的田園風情盡收眼底，出一身汗，呼吸着清新空氣，釆菊東蘺下，悠然見南山的感覺油然而生。回到酒店泡個温泉，體驗好到不要不要！美中不足的是酒店設施偏舊，但乾乾淨淨，清清爽爽，符合我的要求了。

和朋友一行七人來英西遊玩，在網上做了很多功課，最終選擇了英西湯泉度假酒店，住了一天，感覺酒店在各方面都不錯，很適合家庭或朋友休閑住。
頭天下午到的，酒店門口有免費停車位，比較方便。 度假村不太大但也夠温馨方便，院子裏有幾個露天温泉池。如果訂的是湯泉房則房間陽台就有一個私家泡池，足夠四個大人泡，在疫情期間更顯得方便舒適。房間夠大，衞生間也很方便實用。 酒店位置不錯，就在彭家祠景區旁邊,竹筏碼頭河對面，走路五分鐘就到了。酒店還貼心地送了竹筏遊和彭家祠的門票。離其它景區也不遠，酒店可免費提供單車， 我們第二天上午騎行八公里去了觀音谷景區。前台服務員很熱情周到，耐心回答各種問題，給一個大大的贊！早餐也還可以，有炒米粉，饅頭花捲白粥雞蛋，每人一份，足夠吃飽。 餐廳的正餐也不錯，我們頭天的晚餐和第二天的午餐都是在酒店餐廳吃的，味道不錯價格也合理。最貼心的是我們上午在觀音谷的時候打電話預訂讓餐廳提前把老鴨湯煲上，午餐時已經喝上了鮮美的鴨湯！
美中不足的是自駕來度假村必須經過黃花鎮，鎮上有一段在修路，比較考車技。 另外就是竹筏遊的舵手（司機）態度很不好，邊開船邊看手機。回程時因天氣炎熱我們一行人都不想去彭家祠，到彭家祠碼頭後就跟師傅説我們想跟船還回到起點，結果師傅態度惡劣把我們都趕下了船，自己開着空船回去了。但這是竹筏遊主辦者要改進的地方，應該跟度假村沒什麼關係。

這次一家三人來清遠遊玩，在網上做了很多功課，最終選擇了英西湯泉度假酒店，一天的體驗表明選擇是正確的，酒店在各方面都令我們一家滿意，5星級好評！首先酒店門口有免費停車位，這對自駕遊的人來説非常適合；其次酒店有小院子，有露天温泉，晚上泡温泉很開心。據説温泉水是地下1百米的水，水質很好，泡的很值得，加分項目；第三，房間夠大，很衞生，沒有不衞生死角，衞生間也夠大，水熱，空調夠冷，電視機新並可以收很多節目，床夠大，睡覺很舒服；酒店出門就是景點遊玩處，離各景區開車也不遠；前台服務員很熱情，會做生意，值得肯定；最後早餐也提供，可以吃飽，方便顧客，值得表揚。這是一家讓人滿意的酒店，5星給你了！

很好，屋子裡本身有池子，很乾凈衞生。給的温泉卡可以接一池水。因為離陳家祠和竹筏近送了這兩個景點的門票，價值70。離老虎溶洞漂流也還可以，漂完流很需要温泉。這邊另一家温泉我們也去了，但沒有獨立池子，下雨也不能去。這家性價比很高

黃花鎮衹有兩三個酒店有泡湯，泡湯就是地下泉水抽上來加熱。房間很乾凈，也挺大的，有獨立池的也就不到400塊，允許寵物進入，有麻將桌和免費自行車。性價比還是非常不錯的。
