The hot spring is clean and has many outdoor
and indoor pools with different water temperatures and even a pool with fish pedicures. The rooms are nice and the staff is very kind and supportive. The breakfast menu is mainly Chinese.

整體還可以，有恆温泳池雖然最深1.5但是在湖北很難得了，遊會兒還挺舒服，温泉池子挺多也還可以，不算新也不算很舊，大部分池子打掃的還算乾淨，比較難得，有機會還會入住。

房間不錯就是床單是臟的，很影響心情，送的吊鍋味道還行，就是菜品不是很好，房間裏面的冰箱晚上吵得不行，房間的隔音效果還是不錯，房間還是可以，進去空調都是開的，很暖和

酒店房間乾淨，温泉水質清澈，泡完皮膚滑滑的，孩子玩的很高興。特別讚揚前台小廖，主動給我們升級了房間，還送了睡前牛奶， 提醒我們早餐時間，早餐豐富好吃。

酒店舊了一點但是服務真的是沒話説，非常熱情，入住送了娃小氣球，晚上還有送到房間的晚安牛奶，唯一不足的地方也是非常讓人不能接受的地方就是房間的空調，相當於是沒有，下午進去一直在吹風，開17度，室內温度27度，以為多開一會就會涼快就沒有和客服聯繫，沒想到晚上凌晨室內温度到28度，晚上娃直接熱醒
