Tianyuan International Hotel

Very good hotel, very cost-effective, really recommend to stay here in Yining, it is much better than B&B. I stayed in the B&B in the picture the night before. The outside is romantic, but the room facilities and breakfast inside are really not so ideal for friends traveling with children; it is more suitable to stay in a hotel, especially Tianyuan

Very good hotel, rich breakfast, convenient parking, view room can see the Yili River, there is also a lantern festival ~ Yili's weather at the end of April is very comfortable, it feels good to travel off-peak.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Haitang Road with brilliant apricot blossoms and the beautiful Yili River Scenic Area. It is nice to take a walk after dinner. The parking lot is large and convenient for parking. The room is relatively large, well-planned, with a good view, clean and tidy. The waiters, especially the restaurant waiters, are warm and polite, and the proactive service is very good. The restaurant has a rich variety of dishes, and the children like it very much. I will stay here again when I come to Yining next time, and keep it up. It is recommended that signs can be added on both sides of the elevator entrance, so that guests with poor sense of direction can easily go around in circles when going out.

The hotel is next to the Yili River. You can see the Yili Second Bridge from the river view room. The facilities are relatively new and the overall experience is good. I left early the next morning and missed breakfast. I told the front desk when I checked in, and they agreed to help prepare two breakfasts for me. However, the kitchen didn't prepare them the next day, so I had to leave on an empty stomach. Alas, it seems that the handover work is still not in place. The price includes breakfast, but I was forced to not enjoy it at all 😂

The hotel has a grand exterior and a large parking lot. As soon as I entered the lobby, a Uyghur guy, who should be the hotel concierge, helped me with my luggage and guided me through check-in. The room was also clean. Because my flight was delayed the next day, the hotel front desk allowed me to stay for an hour free of charge before checking out. It was really nice!

It is really worth booking this hotel today. The price/performance ratio is very high. The surrounding environment is nice. There is the Yili River behind. The room is clean. The service of this hotel is meticulous and thoughtful. We need blankets to keep warm during the lantern festival, and they tried every means to provide them; We need wheelchairs to watch the lantern festival, and they immediately prepared them, and the key is that they are very easy to use and very smooth; We need plates to hold fruits, and they immediately sent them to someone; We said we had a cold and wanted to drink more water, so they took a lot of mineral water and put it in the room; We came back from breakfast, and the room service lady had already arranged the quilt and taken away the garbage. 🏨The sauerkraut noodles for breakfast in the hotel are really authentic.
