位置：交通便利，出行方便，酒店位於主幹道路口處。
環境：大堂寬敞明亮，乾淨。
服務：服務沒的説，從前台到客房阿姨都很熱情，還給推薦沂水好玩的地方，超讚！房間座機可以直連前台，幫忙解決了很多問題，晚上和朋友喝酒回來，前台還多給送了兩瓶水，非常貼心。
設施設備：洗漱超方便，5秒就出熱水，之前住的大多都沒有這麼快的出水，贊一個
總之非常好，下次來沂水還會定。

作為沂水縣第一批三星級賓館，環宇的名氣還是有的，位置也比較便利。但是現在的環宇酒店很明顯已經設施老舊，維護相當不及時。我入住的莫蘭酒店套房據説還是剛裝修不久的，結果看着高大上的按摩式一體浴房居然完全是壞的不能用，唯一能用的花灑是朝四面八方噴水的，簡直啼笑皆非，後來服務人員給換了一個花灑頭也是舊的，這可是住一宿將近五百塊的套房，馬桶🚽淅淅瀝瀝的不存水，還是我自己打開水箱重新按了一下活塞，工程維護部門真的該好好整頓一下了。

酒店新裝修的，味道還是比較明顯，房間內設施還是挺不錯的。另外，工作人員想加旅客微信想要個好評可以理解，但客人不習慣加陌生人微信拒絕後，前台人員臉色便不太高興可不好，好評還是要靠服務獲得。建議窗户改造一下，緊靠着主路和幼兒園，窗户還是鋁合金門窗，太不隔音了。整體説的過去吧。
