R&B Hotel Shin Yokohama Ekimae Reviews

I used it as a place to stay after a New Year's Eve concert at Yokohama Arena. Conveniently located near Yokohama Arena. I would like to stay again when using Yokohama Arena.

I am writing this because I feel the review is not good compared to the actual quality of the accommodation. Although the room is small, I didn't feel uncomfortable staying alone at all, and the desk staff were friendly. Of course, soap/shampoo/rinse was provided in the bathroom. It is right in front of Shin-Yokohama Station, so transportation is convenient (there is a bus that goes directly to Haneda Airport). The surrounding facilities were also good, including Family Mart right in front and Don Quijote about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, it felt like good value for money and I was satisfied! It seemed like a lot of people staying alone used it. You can also pay for breakfast, but I'm not sure because I didn't use it. + Because it was an early morning flight, I was worried that there would be no staff at the desk when checking out, but checkout was processed without any additional procedures by simply returning the card key.

It was close to the station and comfortable. I would like to use it again. It was a shame that there was no comb in the amenities, probably because they were out of stock.

Transportation was very convenient. I will use it next time! ️

It is about a 7-minute walk from the station and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is very old, but clean and tidy. This price is satisfactory for breakfast service.

横アリのコンサート時に利用しました。新横浜駅から地下を通って行けばほぼ濡れずに行くことができ、横アリも近い、周りにはコンビニ等も充実してるのでロケーションは満足です！ほどほどに最低限快適に寝られればと思って泊まったので値段的に相応かなと思えるお部屋でした。また利用したいです。

位置離橫arena很近，看演唱會很方便，房間很乾凈。步行到車站50米，樓下有羅森和全家。酒店可以幫忙收快遞，溝通郵件回覆很及時

員工10分友善 房間清潔衛生 地點方便 唯一不足就是他的接待處是在2樓 旅客必須要拿行李上樓梯到2樓

I don't have any particular opinion about the accommodation itself, but there is no elevator from the entrance on the 1st floor to the front desk on the 2nd floor, so it is inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. I would like to use it again when I am comfortable.
