"The hotel's location is excellent! 👍 Using the Hakone Free Pass, we took the Odakyu Line for free to Machida Station, then used our Suica card to transfer to the JH and TY lines to Shin-Takashima Station. From there, it was just a short walk across one intersection to the hotel. It's in the same building as KT, so it was easy to find. We checked in at the front desk on the 9th floor. The room wasn't very big, a rectangular shape, but we managed to fit one suitcase by the door and another on the desk by the window. After dropping off our luggage, we took a fifteen-minute stroll to Yokohama Station for some ramen 🍜 and to browse the drugstores. I was surprised by how lively Yokohama Station was at night. The next morning, we had a very hearty breakfast (seafood rice was my favorite – definitely a highlight!). We then took the train to Kamakura and Enoshima. On the way back, we got off at Ishikawacho Station from Kamakura-koko-mae Station and had some delicious Shokusai Wagyu, then braved the rain to explore Chinatown. On the third morning, the weather was beautiful, so we decided to walk ten minutes to Yokohama Landmark Tower and Minato Mirai 21 to check them out 🎊. We got back at 8:45, just in time to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Check-out was at 10:00, and the elevators were at their busiest then, so expect to queue. You can help yourself to skincare products and other amenities at the front desk. Apart from not providing bottled water, everything else was perfect."

"The room was quite small, but it was really warm inside. The hotel service was good, and the facilities were decent, especially the mattress which was quite soft and comfortable to sleep on. The hotel also provided cooling foot patches, which felt very refreshing and comfortable, as well as face masks and basic skincare products, which were also quite good to use."

"Location: It was quite convenient that there's an elevator directly from Exit 4 of Odori Station in Japan, with the hotel's name on it. Of course, Yokohama Station would be even more convenient. Service: Pretty good. I didn't encounter anyone who spoke Chinese at the front desk, but it wasn't a big issue. One day, I met a cleaning lady who was Chinese, and she was very friendly. Cleanliness: Excellent, very new. Facilities: The twin room was quite spacious (for Japan), and I slept comfortably. The kitchen in the room was fully equipped, which was great! It's a shame I didn't get a chance to buy meat and cook it myself. However, other aspects were a bit lacking; there were no complimentary skincare products like lotion, and the toiletries and hairdryer were quite basic. There's a common lounge area on one floor with plenty of amenities, and the coffee machine worked very well."

"The hotel is spacious and bright, conveniently located near Yokohama JR Station. It's surrounded by numerous shopping malls like Takashimaya and SOGO, offering a dazzling array of goods. The basement food supermarket is a feast for the eyes with so many delicious options! 😋😋😋 The front desk provides self-service toiletries from several brands, so you can pick what you like – they're all high quality. What I loved most was finding bath salts for a relaxing soak 🛁, the lavender scent was so calming and helped me sleep ❤️🩹, absolutely wonderful! Self-checkout was also very convenient 👍👍. Just across the street from the hotel, there's a local supermarket with a wide and comprehensive selection of products to meet all needs, including an entire aisle of beer 🍻, which was perfect for our breakfast! 👍👍 Very satisfied! 😃"

"I was in Japan for a business trip and unfamiliar with Yokohama, so I picked this hotel because it looked relatively new. The price was also good. It was truly worth it. This hotel is in the Minato Mirai area of Yokohama, quite close to the city center (the Westin might be further along, but it's more expensive). It's very convenient to get here from the Minatomirai train station. The front desk and restaurant on the 20th floor have a very upscale vibe. I recommend staying on the city view side because if you're lucky, you might even see Mount Fuji! It's a 10-minute walk to the Red Brick Warehouse, the Ferris wheel, and the Pacifico Yokohama convention center, and the 4th floor of Mark Is on the way has plenty of affordable restaurants. The hotel breakfast is absolutely amazing and delicious (though eating it for four consecutive days might get a bit much, lol). I also had dinner there, which was excellent. There's also a sky pool, but it's not really set up for taking trendy Instagram photos. The service is exceptional; they can even help with self check-in/check-out. I'd definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Yokohama."

"I stayed at this hotel for four nights on a business trip, as its location made my morning and evening commutes to my office in Japan very convenient. My accompanying spouse also found it very easy to explore various popular destinations in Yokohama independently via the light rail. The hotel boasts a superb location; an airport shuttle stop is conveniently located right near the hotel, and there are plenty of dining options both downstairs and within the building. However, the price difference on Ctrip between rooms with and without breakfast is unusually large and doesn't seem to align with the hotel's actual breakfast charge. I suggest verifying and updating this so that guests can more easily choose breakfast-inclusive options when booking through Ctrip."

"The hotel's location, accessibility, and value for money are all excellent. This time, we booked a connecting room for our family of three, and the two rooms and two bathrooms were really great. According to the reviews, it was supposed to be very close, but even after exiting the large Yokohama Station East Exit, it still took us some time to find the hotel. I specifically took photos to provide the quickest and most convenient route for future guests. Make sure to exit from the North-East Exit A, and you'll be right there. We didn't book breakfast, but the coffee shop downstairs at the hotel also offers good breakfast options. A hearty breakfast there will keep you full for the whole day."

"Pros: The view from the window was great, and the small balcony had chairs where you could sit. It's conveniently located near several shopping malls, and the hotel even has a dedicated passage connecting directly to them, which then links to JR. Cons: For a hotel in this price range, staying for 3 nights, we only got two bottles of water at check-in. From the second day onwards, they simply provided a plastic cup, expecting you to fetch water from machines on each floor. This meant every night when we returned to the hotel, we had to go to a nearby convenience store to buy a 2L bottle of mineral water to carry back. Honestly, I've stayed in many Japanese hotels, and even budget hotels next to JR stations don't do this. Additionally, there were constant motorcycle noises from the street below the hotel every night. The balcony glass also offered mediocre soundproofing, which could significantly affect light sleepers."

"The hotel's unique sailboat-like exterior makes it a Yokohama landmark! It's located right by Yokohama Port, next to an amusement park where you can see the Ferris wheel. The ropeway station is also conveniently close. The Cup Noodles Museum is just across the bridge, making it perfect for family trips. The Red Brick Warehouse is within walking distance, and there are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. It's a bit of a walk from Sakuragicho Station, about 20 minutes on foot. We stayed in a Bay View room for two nights this time. The room was spacious with a beautiful view overlooking Yokohama Port. Every morning around 6 AM, we could watch cruise ships docking. The bathroom was also large, and all the toiletries were Byredo. It's a shame there wasn't an extendable magnifying mirror, which made it a bit inconvenient for my husband to shave. Two bottles of mineral water, with cute bottles, were provided daily. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Haneda Airport with several departures throughout the day. You can choose a time that suits your flight; no advance booking is needed, just wait at the hotel entrance. You can pay with a Suica card on the bus, and it's 1000 yen per person, which is quite a good deal. It saved us the hassle of lugging our luggage onto the subway."

"The hotel entrance is right next to Lawson, which is conveniently located at Exit 4 of the subway station. The front desk is on the second floor. There are complimentary disposable amenities and drip coffee available by the elevator, which is a nice touch. The room size is typical for Japanese hotels; you can open one suitcase comfortably, but not two simultaneously. It's very clean."
