Very close to ramen museum, we got a wrong room at first but frontdesk staff fixed it immediately, great service!

Good - The room is reasonably good size, the light inside the room is bright. Need to improve - There are dusts on the window panel, on the edge of the desk, on the bed frame, most of the bottles inside of toilet have difficulties to dispense its contents.

The location of this hotel is really good. Just 10 minutes from Shin-Yokohama Station. Also around the hotel there are many shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walking there is the Yokohama Stadium. The service is just amazing. Very polite and kind all the time. I even could do the check in before the time. Also can wash your clothes for a cheap price. Smoking area in the second floor. Room not big but not small neither. Very comfortable and cozy for one person. I really recommend this hotel. Also can exchange money and buy a SIM card for your phone. If you don’t know how to do it, they will help you.

Hotel is very basic, but close to the station for a one night stay. I have to mention that the hotel is not clean at all, and the carpet situation is a big problem (gets very dirty). The hotel is old and should considered some renovations. The hotel staff was cordial. Compare to other hotels, it's pretty expensive for the offering.

Great hotel near Shin Yokohama station. New rooms, very comfortable and quiet with lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff was super friendly and when I checked out, a staff member ran to get me an umbrella as it was pouring rain outside. That made my day! Thank you for the great stay. Highly recommended and great value!

Good quality and location for the price

There are several supermarkets and supermarkets near the hotel, which is very convenient if necessary! The hotel is very clean and has sufficient supplies. The hotel is not far from the station and the transportation is very convenient.

It's conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama Station. The rooms are clean. There are plenty of amenities. The smoking area is a plus.

The facilities are relatively new, the rooms are spacious, and the hygiene is above average. It is a 10-minute walk to Shin-Yokohama Station. The hotel is surrounded by business buildings, one or two convenience stores, and no restaurants, so it is relatively quiet at night. Relatively speaking, it is difficult to find a place to eat breakfast and dinner nearby.

The location and facilities were great❗️ There was no water so I had to go out to buy some, but there was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. The place was generally clean, so I had a comfortable stay.

Just walk out of Shin-Yokohama Station and cross the overpass, then turn around and you'll be there. The location is super good The price is quite beautiful, but I went out to sing at night and didn’t sleep for a few hours. It’s clean and I will choose here next time

This is my second time staying at this brand of hotel. I booked a "corner triple room", which is roomier than the last time I stayed in Kitahama, Osaka. The hotel is close to Shin-Yokohama Station, making traveling very convenient.

It was very clean and nice! The bed was big. It was close to the station and I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity. The breakfast was also delicious.

I went in with no expectations because it was cheap and the room size was small, but I was surprised that it was better than I expected. The information staff was friendly and the room was larger than I expected and the bathroom was also larger.
