Location is good as it is walking distance 3~5min away from Shin yokohama station. The cons is the room size. It is very small and there is no place for you to place and open the lugguage.
The pros is the price, which is around USD40/night inclusive of breakfast.

早めに予約したからか、平日1人5,500円と安いのに
最上階の広めの部屋で泊まれて大満足でした！
新横浜駅も横浜アリーナも近いので立地も大満足です！
少し気になったのは約40年前に建てられたホテルだからか、エレベーターに乗っている時に聞いたことのない音がしていたので少し不安でした。
ところどころ年期が入ってるな、と感じるところはありましたが、しっかりと清掃されていて清潔感がありました◎
