Nice view with a fair price. I was trying to confirm the location of the parking lots with the staff but the front desk of this hotel is located above the ground floor. Overall, it is a good hotel.

The lobby is at 20f with a very nice view showing the whole harbour. Front desk is very kind and helpful. You can get all the things you need at the self service area. Parking is not free but still acceptable and convenient. Remember to give the parking ticket to them to get a parking discount.

Disappointing. Ill-designed room without bathtub with poor view and robotic staff.

Good that supermarket is just next door, bad thing will be lack of parking lots for guests.

Very clean and new facility. Rooms were fairly spacious. Staff was cordial. We didn't have any food, but they do have a restaurant.

Bed and pillows are comfortable. The room size is adequate for 3 people with a big luggage each. Breakfast is ok.

Too bad the restaurant already closes at 21:30

The hotel is a bit remote as compared to the central part of the city but the service and breakfast are great. We are very satisfied staying at this hotel!

Everything is good, but staff’s English is bad, difficult to communicate

Check in was smooth. The hotel clerk who checked us in was friendly. Check out is self serviced. There are check out kiosks on the ground flr and the 20th flr. The hotel staff told us to check out on the ground flr. But if you planned on storing your luggage at the hotel after check out, you should use the check out kiosk on the 20th. The hotel has WiFi coverage in the entire premises. No telephone in the room (not really necessary anyway), but there is a telephone to the reception on each flr by the elevators. The room itself is new and clean. Toilet is separated from the shower. There is a stand shower and bathtub. Breakfast is good at this price point. 7-11 is on the ground flr right next to the hotel entrance.

Decent room size and clean. Convenient to public transit good customer service

First room was not up to standard for cleanliness but staff was promptly is fixing the issue/concern raised! Booked a double room for 1 pax but could definitely snuggle 1 more person, tho luggages may not be able to open fully! Forgot to take pics but pretty true to pics!!!!

The room was clean and comfy. Staff were very helpful. Will stay in this hotel again if I visit Yokohama!
