This stylish Japanese-style building is spotlessly clean. Every detail, from the set breakfast to the private onsen, felt very thoughtfully prepared. They offer a fantastic selection of yukata with various patterns, which guests can mix and match with obi belts. What's more, they even provide disposable tabi socks for the geta sandals – such a thoughtful touch! (The hotel truly is pristine; I walked around in white socks, and they remained perfectly clean.) There's also a small shop right next to the hotel that's definitely worth checking out for its freshly made, handmade dumplings and generously sized fried chicken.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly; they patiently communicated with me and helped book a taxi, even with my limited Japanese. There was a wide variety of yukata available to choose from, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our traditional Japanese room was incredibly spacious and clean. It was a pity we only stayed one night and missed out on the large public bath, but having a private hot spring tub in our room was a fantastic alternative. This is definitely a ryokan I'd love to visit again!

The room was very spacious, even for 4 people. It also came with a private bath. However, the private bath was quite a distance from the main bathroom – almost at opposite ends – which felt a little odd. Still, it's a good option for families.
