衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：環境還可以 就是沒有窗户，讓人感覺到 不見天日的感覺
設施：房間有一股味道，而且它抽風口也沒有 抽煙也不太方便
服務：阿姨收拾其他房間 説話真的很大聲 這樣容易影響 在休息的客人

永安鑫友聯商務酒店，設施設備齊全，環境衞生條件較好，周圍交通很便利，離汽車站很近，距離公交站也很近，周圍的小餐館小吃店應有盡有，特別是比較出名的永安小吃，便利店和小百貨也很多，要買的東西很方便，是休閑旅遊下榻的好去處。

不是説他環境很差，主要是我剛住那天，我進房間開空調空調很吵，我以為是樓上很吵或者隔壁，但是我把空調關了就沒反應，我就去前台問我説幫我看看空調不能修的話就幫我換個房，然後那個師傅説讓我換個房，前台説沒有我這個房間了我這個價位的衹有雙床，那我一個人睡大床我肯定不睡雙床啊，我説那其他房間呢，他説其他房間需要加錢。。我無語，我就説那我還是繼續回去住吧。 雖然很吵但是晚上睡覺我對象説有點像白噪音，不過我真的是五點多六點多我還是沒睡着，六點多睡八點多就醒了，很煩，主要不是我的問題，酒店設施有問題不應該讓客人出換房的賠償費吧，沒有説要佔你便宜的事，客服有給我打電話問，我就和他説了，我也曾幹過酒店行業的工作我們那個酒店房間就算有個小蟲子都給客人免費換房，嚴重一點的升級房型，（五星豪華酒店是這樣的。
説這些不是為了指責，畢竟我一個小孩大晚上的和兩個大人在前台講話我膽子小我都不敢説這些，希望下次改進，廁所環境挺好的，水也很熱床還蠻軟反正睡得還行，就是枕頭和被套有點臟，有一點點的血漬和黃黃的臟漬，望改進

酒店位置相當好，在城中心繁華十字街口，飲食購物都很方便。酒店在二樓火鍋城上三樓，隔音效果很差，房間未做隔音窗，夜市小吃聲音很吵，清晨還有人在裝修，八點鐘就開始。體驗感不好。房間內沒有衣櫥，洗浴間沒有拉門，淋浴時會把馬桶和地面弄濕！雖説是乾濕分離，實際上沒有。又沒有地墊！

獨自旅遊出行，入住鑫友聯。酒店是新裝修的，三樓共享電梯，前台服務態度很好。室內洗漱環境乾濕分離，配套齊全，床鋪乾淨舒適。酒店地理位置也不錯，樓下步行就可以體驗到許多當地的美食，而且離附近的景區也近，出行方便，整體是一次不錯的旅遊體驗。
