房間乾淨整潔，主打一個休閑自駕遊。跟朋友一家晚上院子裏整個燒烤，小朋友們泡下温泉，山風徐徐吹來來點小酒，那愜意洗脱了平時的焦躁與繁忙。充完電，節後繼續奮戰在各自崗位上。老闆服務重點提下，服務很好，也很熱情。每天早上過來送早餐，早餐也很豐富。下次還會再來。

定了三個房間， 有一個房間沒有衞生間，老闆也積極幫忙換，我們嫌麻煩就沒有換。温泉池很大，小孩子玩得很開心。

設施：設施很齊全 冰箱很大 有蚊香也有電蚊香 有消毒櫃還有洗衣機
衞生：衞生很乾凈 沒有異味
服務：早餐好吃 就是豆漿壞了一杯

景色挺不錯的，風景好，衞生也很好，小朋友很開心，泡茶打碎了一個茶杯蓋，房東也説沒關係。
我們自己帶了泡澡的隔離袋，也帶了一次性床帶被罩的罩子，總體上還不錯，帶了爐子在院子裏燒烤吃火鍋了。
温泉很好，很温暖，小朋友都不想出來了。
缺點是衹有一個廁所，小房間需要穿到大房間來上廁所，其他都很好。還有就是享受山景的同時也可以看到遠處的墳，我們倒是沒關係，其他人這個如果介意的話可能要注意下。
早上早飯送到門口，鍋邊糊和包子都很好吃。開車出去買東西一般的門口也有，需要更多的話就需要去7公裡外了，自駕更加方便。

驅車一個多小時從福州市區來到永泰山外山別墅區，這家民宿是在最上面，比較安靜，聽到的都是雞鳴鳥叫，房間通透明亮舒適，設施齊全，坐陽台上喝茶曬太陽看風景不要太愜意了，真的是嚮往的生活，見山見茶，感覺兩天住的都不想離開了。管家提前聯繫我，報備車牌，有問題回覆也很及時。早餐是當地的麪糊湯，雞蛋包子餅，吃飽沒問題。另外一個小陽台上有温泉池，可惜衹泡了一次，下次一定要多住幾天。

工作人員熱情耐心，服務到位，對房型、周邊情況介紹詳盡。屋內整潔，廚具、娛樂設備一應俱全；屋外山景令人心曠神怡。第二天的早餐特別豐盛，是永泰這邊的特色小吃。非常適合朋友聚會～

管家服務很好，訂的這套親子房位置比較偏了點，有事先告知，但人數所限還是選定了，不過影響並不大，其實都是在室內放鬆比較多，內部設施齊全，也比較乾淨，環境很好，視野也不錯，温泉很舒服，可以隨時加熱，非常方便，孩子一天跳進去好幾次，玩得很開心！美中不足，到了很晚才發現空調製熱壞了，來不及維修，幸好不是最冷的天，加了床被子也還好。總體滿意，棒極了！

網上辦理入住方便，房間乾淨衞生，適合家庭休閑，在院子裏泡湯喝茶，晚上放煙花。入口處有家山外人家農家菜不錯。就是下疊水管有點漏水。下次要住上疊。
