因為是冬天人比較少特別安靜，酒店很乾凈，服務也很好。剛剛下過雨望着窗外山上雲霧繚繞的景色聽着河水流淌的聲音坐在小陽台上品着茶那感覺太棒了！等夏天還要來這裏住，再感受一下夏天的清爽。

1.五星級酒店價格旅館的服務 2.總共預訂4個房間，2問有問題：一個抽水馬桶壞了，衹能用水壺裝水沖;一個半天出不來熱水，也沒有人及時處理。
我在房間洗衣服，給前台電話沒人接，好不容易接了，送了幾個下圖的衣架過來，我都驚呆了！這是垃圾桶裏撿起來的吧！！！客服人員説沒有其他衣
架…..3.第二天的早餐，牛奶是沖泡的，咖啡衹有三合一還很稀，稀飯配菜就是肉鬆花生米而已，水果都不新鮮，一到9點半煮麪的阿姨就説下班了不願意做。小朋友竟然還以為能吃到之前在皇冠假日那種早餐，天真了！4退房前有個床鋪有臟污，我們付了清洗費，退按金的時候又繼續扣了一次，我電話前台詢問情況，前台接待説瞭解情況後儘快答覆，結果一天過去了都沒有消息，再次致電前台，説是多扣了會返還園。以上種種，讓我覺得還是要寫一下住宿的評價，也給其他人避避雷！！！

酒店最基本的衞生都不關，最基本的地板都是臟的。馬桶都有發黴的。
洗澡熱水非常小，早晨還沒有熱水。
水質也很差，地墊好可怕啊。

服務特別差，早上9點半提醒前台我續住需要搞衞生，下午2點半回到房間還是沒來收拾，2點40再次要求搞衞生，到了晚上9點還沒有服務人員，9點20再次要求搞衞生，推脱説滿房做不來，真是氣死了。酒店泳池水特別臟，游完泳小朋友眼睛麥粒腫了，早餐基本沒什麼吃的。

SAP的房型實際與描述差異很大，根本沒有窗和陽台，也不在一樓是在負一樓，黴味兒嚴重，根本不適合居住。

不錯，帶孩子出遊，換換環境，就在酒店宅着，有温泉，有健身房，有書吧，有咖啡。放空自己，不需要去外面遊玩，就夠了。
