I was pleased with all other aspects of my commodious stay - EXCEPT - the charge ($12) for self-parking - rarely encountered in a suburban hotel location. I was at a loss - dismayed by this... charge upon receipt of my bill.

The customer service was great. The employees that checked us in and the one that checked us out were very professional and customer service savvy. I would go back just because of the short interactions I had with the front desk employees. Our room was also very nice, clean, and spacious. The only thing we encountered was a garbage can was placed in front of our room door because the ceiling was leaking, it looked like they were fixing it and other than it not being aesthetically pleasing it really did not bother or affect us.

Gave us a key that didn’t work. Went to desk. Gave us a new key. Key didn’t work. Went to desk. Was told I had to wait. Waited 30 minutes. Got yelled at by guest who was in the room they assigned us to. After 30 minutes was told there were no room with two beds like we paid for, only beds with one bed and a sofa bed. I explained that it was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. He refused to speak to me. The next day I wrote to the CEO of the company and was contacted by the hotel director who was very apologetic and helpful, and worked hard to make the situation right, as did *******. I would never stay here again, but I am glad the hotel director and ******* had my back in this situation.

We reserved a room with two queen beds. When we got there, the property had sold out, and though we had paid a non-refundable fee for the room, they had no room for us. They offered us a room with one bed and one pull out sofa bed. Not what we purchased. Fortunately, they had another room -- out of service with a broken sink -- and put one of us in that room -- supposedly for no charge. We'll see.
