Gave us a key that didn’t work. Went to desk. Gave us a new key. Key didn’t work. Went to desk. Was told I had to wait. Waited 30 minutes. Got yelled at by guest who was in the room they assigned us to. After 30 minutes was told there were no room with two beds like we paid for, only beds with one bed and a sofa bed. I explained that it was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. He refused to speak to me. The next day I wrote to the CEO of the company and was contacted by the hotel director who was very apologetic and helpful, and worked hard to make the situation right, as did *******. I would never stay here again, but I am glad the hotel director and ******* had my back in this situation.
