I think this property was one of the nicest places that we've stayed. The grounds were beautiful and completely manicured. It was a very comfortable being outside and we had car problems as soon as we arrived so it was nice to have a beautiful space to walk outside while we waited for our car to be fixed.

The staff at the hotel could not possibly be more accommodating to my request. They were incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. I told my wife that I will not stay in another hotel when I visit York Pennsylvania. They were truly that impressive.

Things I didn’t like was the toilet runs so long after flush, didn’t have normal cable tv, and the room door didn’t shut properly and you had to push on it to close.
Things I liked was comfy beds, breakfast choices, and clean rooms.

Hotel was clean and amazing all newly redone. Room was clean bed was comfortable never heard any noises from other rooms or other guests. Staff was great very friendly and hard working.

The place was spectacularly clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good- again, spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

No extra toilet paper in room, less than 1/3 of roll was in bathroom when we checked in. Also ran it of Kleenex. Tv did not work

--THIS HOTEL IS NEWLY RENOVATED & IT IS VERY NICE. I STAYED A LITTLE OVER A WEEK & THEY WERE CONSISTENT WITH THE CLEANING OF THE ROOMS & THE COMMON AREAS.
--THE MANAGER, TANYA, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT, & FRIENDLY. SHE WORKED THE FRONT DESK SOMETIMES. I HAD A FEW PERSONAL ISSUES & SHE HELPED ME WITH THEM, & SHE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE.
--I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.
