房間設施陳舊，房間也比較小，門鎖還是壞的，需要工作人員來開，電視也形同虛設，看不了。位置在老縣城廣場，吃小吃買東西挺方便，就是過年廣場上又是跳舞又是放火炮，太吵了。

酒店地理位置好，從建水坐大巴車到新街鎮客運站下車就看到了酒店，非常近，樓前就是梯田廣場，大概是新街鎮面積最大的廣場了，附近購物吃飯都很方便；房間面積比較小，設備設施老舊，不過在元陽老城鎮已經很不錯了

單説性價比，非常滿意！之前看有人説沒熱水啥的不存在，我住五樓依然熱水充足！24小時都有。
但還是給後來者提醒一下，一是早餐最好8點前去，過了8點半確實就少很多了。
二是因為在縣城核心地帶，樓下好像還有個卡啦OK，夜裡會有些噪音，但不算吵，睡眠很輕的要注意一下。
