位置：
背靠大山，靈巖與三折瀑布之間，位置絕對的得天獨厚了
服務：
老闆人很實在，機緣巧合錯定了民宿抱着先去看一看的心態聯繫了老闆，結果給到的是驚喜。
老闆問你在哪兒、有沒有車（沒車就來接）、給定位、門口等着……
這感覺是真好[強]
衞生：
衞生對於對於曾經的高星級酒店員工出身的我來講是滿意的。
設施：
設施夠用。
最後要強調一點：
出門在外、旅遊，早餐很重要會嚴重影響你一天的能量！
現在民宿基本上都是速凍食品加個牛奶、豆漿再好一點的是給你一碗稀飯……
但這一家不一樣，老闆自己做的包子、饅頭、花捲、粥，早餐小菜也好吃，滿滿家的味道[種草][種草][種草]

房間很乾凈，老闆很熱情，主動提供導航位置，幫着做攻略，早餐海鮮麪做的很好吃，幫忙洗衣服，感覺很温暖，窗外就是風景，距離景區都很近、便捷，很方便，很好的體驗。

設施十分齊全，民宿温馨整潔，服務周到，老闆友好好客。如果説有温馨如家的感覺，就是這了，開始去找不到位置，老闆消息秒回，很舒適哇。客房佈置也超級舒適，體驗感是一絕。樓下的涼亭景色一覽無餘，聽聽風，還有白鷺飛來。值得一住了👍🏻

位置絕佳，風景絕美，鬧中取靜，老闆耐心去接站對於我們沒有開車但行李不少的遊客極其重要，房間乾淨，早餐乾淨健康美味，每天還有調整了菜色，可見老闆是個細心人，每天給我們悉心推薦線路，提供各個景點的訊息，有求必應但沒有一句廢話，值得讚賞。淡季來相信性價比會很高。隔壁有衹橘貓，偶爾來門前串門，乾淨，膽子小但選擇性黏人。牙刷不大好用，建議改進。有天堵車晚到的客人帶行李上樓很吵，嚴重影響睡眠，民宿一般都不大，普遍有這個問題，建議帶孩子入住的客人告訴小孩上下樓儘量降低音量，不要打擾到別人，孩子如果自小被家長培養出這種認知，在探索世界的路上會一生受益。

非週末人少，房間設施比較新也很乾凈，床也舒適，爬了一天山回去能很好的休息。老闆娘的麥蝦早餐堪稱一絕。
洗手盆的熱水出水慢了點，其他都很好。離響嶺頭村步行可達，又沒那邊那麼吵。

這一次體驗的民宿很愉快，住過好多地區的民宿，雁盪山林韻山舍民宿是最乾淨的，最舒適的，早餐是最豐富的，老闆的為人是最熱情的。如果有機會還住林韻山舍民宿。風景我就不多贅述了，那是最美的
