This hotel is definitely a 4star plus hotel. However , the service throughout this hotel is 5star. extremely professional and it’s services are ensuring customer service is a priority. The restaurant staff are excellent, and needs to be acknowledged by management for their outstanding service. The reception staff assist in purchasing train tickets and other requests made the stay more comfortable. I highly recommend THIS hotel to anyone visiting this location for business/leisure reasons.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. After I booked a room, the hotel called me to ask about my room requirements even before I arrived. I also introduced local specialty restaurants through WeChat. After checking in, I was upgraded to an executive room for free and received a cup of Starbucks coffee. The best surprise.
