The room is tidy and has a private bath, both indoor and outdoor, with a nice view. Kaiseki cuisine has separate rooms, and each room has its own room for dining.

Everything was great except for the fact that it was a bit too much walking. The garden definitely had a healing atmosphere, and the room was spacious and cozy. The outdoor bath was smaller than I thought, but it was no problem for two people to fit in. Above all, the meal was very satisfying. I went away for a while from work, and it felt like I was in another world, so it was really nice and peaceful.

Take a private bath, eat kaiseki cuisine, and enjoy a comfortable and leisurely slow life. The service is warm, the environment is clean and private, the meals are exquisite and attentive, a perfect stay and two meals, very satisfied!

The room was average, with many signs of repairs which is unavoidable for an old hotel. The only times I could choose for breakfast were 8:00, 8:15 and 8:30, which was a bit early. I was half asleep during breakfast both days. The hygiene was average and a bit primitive. There were rats running on the roof at night. The service is almost unforgivable in Japan. No one can speak English, let alone Chinese. There was no phone in the room because it was struck by lightning. I stayed for two days and the room was not cleaned. When I checked out, the driver came to pick me up at 11 o'clock (the Japanese custom is to check out at 11 o'clock), but he asked me to pay an extra time fee, saying that I would check out at 10 o'clock. The reason was that the Chinese check out at 10 o'clock and the Japanese check out at 11 o'clock, and they did not inform me in advance. This is the first time I have been treated so rudely in all my years in Japan. There will never be a next time.

The service is very good, the staff will help deliver luggage to the room. The room is very beautiful, an elegant Japanese-style room. I really like the Japanese garden outside the room. I can relax and look at the scenery while drinking tea in the morning. It is very relaxing.

The kaiseki cuisine and breakfast were delicious, and it was nice to be able to eat quietly in the separate building. The room was quiet, clean, and quite spacious, and although it looked old, it was well-maintained, so it was nice to be able to stay in a clean room while maintaining the atmosphere of a traditional ryokan. The staff was friendly and the service was good. Each room had an individual indoor and outdoor hot spring, so it was nice to be able to shower indoors, and it was nice to be able to take a long hot spring bath whenever I wanted.

The food is very good. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs and private rooms for dining.

Second time staying here. The location is a bit far from the main street. It is more convenient to drive by yourself, otherwise it is not far to take a taxi! There are indoor and outdoor hot spring baths in the room, which are very satisfying. The included dinner is kaiseki cuisine, which is actually not bad, but it is a bit inferior to a few years ago. In general, the price-performance ratio is good!
