Excellent experience!! The 2 storey house included living room, bedroom, 2 restrooms, balcony and private onsen! The view from onsen is incredible! Kaiseki dinner was served at the main building in a private room. The whole main meal and beverage were in high quality. Breakfast on the next day morning was good too. Staffs were helpful and polite. Free taxi round trip from JR station to the hotel. And just 8 min walk from the Kinrin Lake which is prefect for getting up early for the morning mist.

We had a fantastic visit there with good service, delicious food and great accommodation. The hot spring in the room is amazing and they provide free drinks in the fridge too. The accommodation is spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable, one of staff even know Cantonese and all of them are so nice and friendly. It worths us to rate a 5 star rating.

The dinner and breakfast is superb! It is like having a meal in a 5-star restaurant, free drinks with plenty of options are available! Since it’s our wedding anniversary and I have made a remarks upon booking. It is surprising that the hotel provided a celebration dessert for us! Thank you! Will Come back for sure!

This is a warm and comfortable hotel. I stayed with my family in the two guest rooms of Anzu and Ajisai at Yufuin Bettei ITSUKI. We chose the package with dinner and breakfast. You can park your car at the hotel first and then go out to play. It takes only 7 minutes to walk to Kinrin Lake. There is also a MaxValue supermarket near the hotel, which is super convenient. After half a day of sightseeing in cold weather, the hotel lobby welcomes their guests with the warmth of firewood. This is one of the things I like about this hotel. The staff are very polite and the service is superb. They call before dinner reservation time to let you know dinner is ready. Dinner is arranged in a private room in the restaurant which allows sufficient privacy. Local seasonal ingredients are used in every dish, tasted fresh and delicious and served on fine pottery. Such an absolute feast for the tongue and eyes! I would like to appreciate the mindfulness of the hotel. When making hotel reservation, I told the hotel that we have a member who does not eat raw food. At that time, the hotel replied that the sashimi in the meal could be served cooked. When we check-in, hotel staff took special attention with that. The room is spacious and tidy with air purifiers and humidifiers. One of the rooms we stayed in had an indoor and an outdoor onsen and the other had a semi-outdoor hot spring. Flowers and plants are planted in the garden of the room and around the outdoor hot spring. You can feel the natural a**osphere of Yufuin when you look out from indoors or in onsen. There is another point worthy of praise. When I was seated for dinner, I asked the staff at the front desk if I could buy stamps for sending postcard. They did not have stamps for sale. To my surprise, as soon as the first course of dinner was served, hotel staff handed me a beautiful envelope with a stamp inside. They even checked the postage fee to make sure the stamp fee is enough. How efficient and thoughtful they are. This is the best onsen hotel and I would recommend it to everyone. Family raves about the stay. Overall it's impeccable. If I have the opportunity to come to Yufuin again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Better hotels in Yufuin must be booked two or three months in advance, and this one is no exception. The room is large, the private bath is very comfortable, the food and beverages are quite satisfactory, and the hotel service is good.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in in Yufuin. There are more than a dozen independent houses scattered among the woods, and the beautiful Mount Yufu is right in front of you. The service was very good, the dinner was great, you can take a free taxi to and from the JR station, and it's very close to Kinrin Lake.

They are really friendly and there are two baths in the private house. The surroundings are quiet and very beautiful. I would like to go again next time.

This hotel is the most satisfactory in this trip to Kyushu👍 Private soup is the ultimate solution! I am a camellia house and have two private baths. Although the walk from the lobby to the room is short, the two-year-old maple leaves are so beautiful and the path is peaceful. The courtyard of the room is also small and exquisite. When I first entered the room, the front desk escorted me all the way into the room and gave me a room tour. The space is very large, with two large beds, a large living room, and separate wet and dry toilets. Finally, I want to praise the service. I was traveling with a 2-year-old son and had many accidents. My son felt a little uncomfortable during the trip, but the service staff found medicines in time! If they really couldn't provide it, they would promptly call a taxi to take me to the supermarket in town to buy it. It was a timely help, and I was very touched. There are several service staff who can speak Mandarin, which is a lot more convenient. They can understand accommodation introduction and kaiseki cuisine, extra points! There is also a free foot bath on the path opposite the hotel lobby, which is also very comfortable.
