It is a pretty European-style hotel in a quiet forest.
The staff are so friendly and the room is very clean.
The family open-air bath was also very good.
I think you will want to come again.

我們訂到了獨立的別墅房，但是不常有，大部分時間應是下架狀態，因為真的很贊，95平米上下層，有點年紀但卻很乾凈，維護的十分良好，完全不出是寵物友好房，2個人住了四人空間。早餐和晚餐也很棒，自己種的蔬菜，品類非常多，好吃又好看，就是量太大，豬豬有點兒噎着了。

급하게 예약하느라 걱정했지만 막상 와보니 너무너무너무 좋았어요
유후인 료칸은 전에 한 번 와봤기에 이번에도 비슷하겠거니 했는데 와.. 여기는 너무 좋더라고요
솔직히 말하면 일본에서 가본 숙소 중 최고였어요
건물 자체가 대저택같고 내부도 옛날처럼 꾸며놔서 그런지 분위기있고 뒤쪽의 숲과 너무 잘 어울렸어요
방 내부도 생각보다 넓고 화장실도 매우 깨끗!
온천은 공용이 있고 프라이빗이 있었습니다
프라이빗은 체크인을 할 때 하루 40분 사용시간을 예약할 수 있습니다
공용온천은 실내 1개 실외 2개로 넓었고 사람도 적어 편하게 이용했습니다
프라이빗은 말할 것도 없이 좋았고요.
저는 이틀 묵어 석식 2번 조식 2번 먹었는데 코스처럼 나오고 음식이 웬만한 맛집 뺨치게 너~~~무 맛있었어요
메뉴는 하루마다 조금씩 바꿔나가는 것 같았습니다
호텔 음식을 먹고 시내로 나가 밥을 먹는데 호텔 음식이 그리울 정도였습니다
직원분들은 너무 친절하셔서 제가 당황했을 정도였고
외출할 때마다 택시를 불러드릴까요? 하며 물어보셨습니다
무엇보다 저희는 쇼파에 앉아있었는데 체크아웃 얘기를 바닥에 무릎을 꿇고 하셔서 정말 얼마나 놀랐는지..
무슨 재벌3세 아가씨가 된 기분이었습니다
영어 잘 알아들으시고 소통이 어려워진다 싶으면 번역기 사용 완벽하게 해주십니다

1.優秀：酒店軟裝很有品味，周邊環境非常清靜優美。來自大都市的我們很喜歡。可以騎上酒店唯一的一輛自行車在酒店周圍繞一圈，不過騎不遠，因為周邊都是農田山野。
2.設施：淋浴房、洗手間比較陳舊。洗面台水龍頭漏水，晚上聽着滴答滴答的水聲入睡。作為以服務品質為傲的日本酒店，為什麼會安排客人入住這間房，滿是疑問。
3.温泉：我們使用的是3號，私密性好，點贊。浴衣很美，沒有圖示，也沒有人指導怎麼穿，所以披上腰帶隨意一綁就去温泉了。
4.服務：為前台接待的先生點贊，讓我感受到了日本的服務。幫助我們預訂出租車、預訂午餐的飯店，讓我們離開由布院前品嚐到了一頓比較滿意的和食。
5.有一件事不得不説，checkout時，身穿廚房工作服的女士途徑大堂，她和我的目光對視時，竟然完全無視我的存在，後來竟然呈現出陰陽怪氣的表情。由布院之行類似這位女士的行為不僅僅存在酒店…

両家の両親を招待し、私達夫婦、娘の7人での1年に一度のプレゼント旅行でお邪魔しました。両親の足や腰に不安がある事など相談していた為か、1番歩かなくて良いお部屋にしていただいていたり、色々と親切な対応ありがたかったです。人数が多いのであまり高級な所に連れて行くのは難しいのですが、今まで宿泊したおなじ価格帯の施設の中では、全てが1番良いと皆で話しました。 やはり、お料理が良く、温かい物、熱々の物、ちょうど良い美味しい時にいただけるのは、嬉しかったです。 さすがに湯布院、温泉のお湯が良く、あまり熱くなかったので入りやすかったですし、露天風呂の開放感が良かったです笑。お風呂上がりのレモネードもとても美味しかったです。 至る所にお花のアレンジがあったり、可愛いシャンデリア等、年齢に関係なく女性には嬉しい所ばかりでした。おすすめしたいホテルです。
