不好，又老又差，這是我住過最貴又差的賓館了，連礦泉水都沒有要另外給錢的還160，不會再住了

酒店床有點過於太硬了，還説什麼舒適大床房，一言難盡，房間門有點變形，不太好關，洗澡的花灑還去壞的，洗手液就一個空瓶子放在那裡，房間礦泉水就2瓶，想多拿一瓶礦泉水還要另外收費。

我們住的是福人賓館307號房間，酒店地理位置是不錯的，周圍配套全面，靠近江邊。
酒店設施十分陳舊，坐便器有破損，床睡起來像紙板（很硬），木製的牙刷架發黴，電梯有黴味。
酒店衞生也一言難盡，地毯上有臟東西和頭髮絲，牆上有各種蚊子遺骸，礦泉水是要收費的。
服務還行吧，衞浴用品更換是及時的。

服務人員態度惡劣，換個房間還罵罵咧咧的，簡直就是花錢找氣受，衞生不乾淨，床單被套都是帶洞洞的，壓根直不起180，
