The worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at. First of all, there is no parking lot, and the security guard couldn’t speak Mandarin well. After listening for a long time, he asked me to park at another hotel. Secondly, there are people smoking in the hotel lobby and elevators, but no one cares. Look at the smog-filled place, just like a fairyland. When I entered the room, the clothesline from the previous guest was still there, and there were many water stains on the sanitary ware. The cups were also dirty, and the drawer where they were placed was full of dust. In addition, this hotel seems to have just been renovated and a lot of finishing work has not been completed. The burrs on the tiles irritate your hands, the cracks on the sink, the burrs on the wooden boards, etc. Finally, the elevator just went up for 5 minutes and could not go down again. Guess what? The elevator was broken and could not be repaired overnight.

五一假期帶爸媽和寶寶來旅遊，酒店在縣城中心，附近地方特色很多夜景也不錯，房間設施很新，服務也很棒很貼心還準備了小童洗漱用品，送了波浪谷的冊子讓我遊玩節省不少時間，今天過來再次選擇這家酒店。住的舒心吃的放心。點贊

很滿意，這次去連住了幾天，酒店給免費升級了房型，打掃衞生也很及時，態度非常好，很滿意，每次來靖邊衹住這家酒店！健身房也很乾凈，每天都會去鍛鍊，早餐服務也不錯，很新鮮，菜品很豐富，還會再來💕辛苦酒店人員的服務

1一踏入房間，彷彿進入了“潔凈的樂園”，床鋪柔軟得像是雲端漫步，我都擔心自己會不會在夢中迷路， 2前台娜娜小姐姐的笑容比陽光還要燦爛，她的動作麻利得彷彿有“閃電俠”附體，瞬間就幫我搞定了入住手續，讓我忍不住想給她頒個“最佳效率獎”！ 3，早餐種類多得讓我眼花繚亂，簡直是一場“味蕾狂歡”，中式西式任我挑選，那碗熱粥更是“暖心神器”，讓我從內而外都暖和起來！ 4. 健身房裡的器械看起來就像是“未來戰士”的裝備，乾淨整潔得讓人不忍心觸摸，幸好還有專業教練在一旁“保駕護航”，否則我還真不敢隨便“冒險”！ 很愉快的一次入住體驗！

前台小齊非常熱情，主動幫我辦理入住，有什麼需求都能迅速響應，讓人感覺特別貼心，這次入住體驗非常愉快，無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務，都讓人印象深刻。強烈推薦給朋友和家人，下次還會再來光顧。
