酒店是新開的，女兒喜歡泡温泉，找了很久定的這家，我們是年三十入住的，一家三口酒店的工作人員非常熱情，服務很好。入住前提前把房間的空調打開了很暖心。住了兩天，遺憾的是兩天都沒有好好感受酒店，都忙着在外面玩了，下次去麗江一定好好體驗一下酒店。非常推薦酒店獨立的温泉泡池，真温泉，非常棒。

據説是麗江唯一一個真正的温泉酒店，房間裡邊就可以泡温泉，房間裏的設施比較新，智能化水平也比較高，關鍵是所有的服務人員態度都比較好，這個真的值得點贊。

酒店環境很棒，公園般環境很安靜，房間內的温泉池非常舒服方便，泡温泉旅行疲勞瞬間消除。散步可以看見雪山，交通方便，房屋整潔，前台客房以及接機服務都很細心；酒店早餐很多品種可口，很喜歡酒店晚餐的菜品

無意間刷到這家酒店，感覺非常意外，是剛剛開業的酒店，看到哪裡都很新，衞生也做得非常好，具體市區也不遠，大概10分鐘車程吧。早餐種類也蠻豐富的，還有麗江這邊特色的粑粑，酥油茶，房間安排的非常好，在房間能直接看到雪山，酒店服務非常好，我們打不到車，跟酒店説了就立馬安排車送我們去古城，路上還不斷提醒我們各種注意事項，非常好的酒店，以後會常來！
