房間挺新的，但是樓下在施工真的很吵很吵，跟前台反饋要求更換房間。一般來説其他地方酒店這種情況都是免費更換房間。但是我們要求更換其他房間是讓我們補了差價。補了差價就算了，新房間的空調聲音又蠻大，感覺比上一個房間空調聲音大很多。體驗不是很好，太吵了

中央空調壞了，師傅沒修好，第一時間溝通不到位，凌晨兩點多再次協調説換房間，太晚了，我就提了加個風扇，過了很久一個阿姨拿過來我説太臟了她説衹有這個你將就用，沒有解決方案，太晚了我也難得找他們了，自己簡易擦一擦就用起了，這個酒店住過很多次了，這次有點失望

房間面積沒有訂單説的那麼大，很小的一個房間，最最主要房間空調不製冷，第一次住酒店，我居然因為熱的睡不着，一直冒汗，太痛苦了，電視開關還得手動，服務態度也極差，體驗感太差了

衞生真的很差勁，床上和床頭櫃上都有蟲子。而且這個酒店一次性刮鬍刀15塊錢一個，刮鬍刀難道不是屬於很常規的洗漱用品嗎，還是第一次聽説要收錢的，你明明可以直接強，為什麼非要給我一個刮鬍刀

服務很差，江景房確實是江景，衹不過玻璃沒有擦，灰撲撲的。
體驗最差的是空調，開冷風衹有風，沒有冷。温度月升越高，喊客服解決，客服説這麼多房間，不會有問題。等出門的時候可能檢查了，可能也沒有檢查，晚上入住的時候空調沒有任何改善。一整晚30°的温度。再三找前台確認了操作方法，並不是操作問題，實質上就是空調老舊，已經到該退役的時候了。並且，不能換房，不能退房。
那麼，既然你給我這麼差的體驗感，我就把你的真實情況反應給還沒有住過的旅客吧。

位置很好找，很大的一個logo一眼就能看見，環境很好，氛圍感也🈶️，🏨酒店性價比很高，房間非常乾淨，服務也很周到，下次還會再選擇這裏的

🍃環境：整體的環境很好，採光也不錯，📷蠻適合拍照的，在高層能夠通過窗户看到遠處，讓心情變得更好了，有非常大的落地窗，空氣循環很好，條件非常不錯，酒店設施很齊全，最重要的是安全係數比較高，這應該是大家最關心的點了吧
🧹衞生：首先也是最重要的房間乾淨整潔，私隱性非常好，居住體驗非常棒！哈哈哈説一個細節，衞生間很乾凈，味道特別好，這個細節真的很戳我！！
🚗 交通：門口就有停車位非常方便，位置很好找，而且從進門開始就感覺到舒適，環境分給到5分！
🔔服務：特別感謝工作員小兮，非常耐心地給予專業的指導，對店都有非常深入的瞭解，可以根據我們的需求給到建議，果然是我們想要的！值得推薦噢，主要誇一下工作人員小兮，人超級好，態度真的非常好，沒有一點不耐煩，客氣也有禮貌，挑不出毛病，來打五星

酒店就在登山大石梯的旁邊，可以沿梯直上山頂公園。周邊很多大小餐館，方便用餐。房間設施完善，但是特價房是沒有提供免費零食的。

看到攜程app推薦的酒店參加入住了，結果大失所望，踩雷了。首先攜程是註明是四星級酒店，入住後感覺連2星級標準都沒達到，房間設施陳舊簡單，洗漱用品差，床户很矮有遮擋。其次是前台床、餐廳服務人員服務態度差，房間衞生差根本不是四星級酒店的標準，差評多不是沒原因的
