Good hotel for one night stay

The service was great, there is one friendly Indonesian at the front desk. Quiet surroundings and near to the groceries store

A little but far from centre but good for the price.

Old hotel, the time is stay for this hotel. TV is the Best.

The old air conditioner in the room was barely working, I almost died of heat in July. The facilities are poor, extremely old, and the prices are high.

The lack of electricity in the room was not good.

The location of the hotel and the restaurants around it were good, and the rooms were neatly organized. I stayed for 2 days, and it was even better because the bed and towels were well cleaned and replaced. The unfortunate part was that the bathroom space was narrow and the bathtub was high from the floor, so safety was required.

Generally acceptable

We had a great stay at Laguna. This hotel is underrated. We had booked the suite during the New Year week, and loved the staff and amenities. Keep up the great work Laguna team

Are you looking to have a good sleep? Then DONT book here. The mattresses are about 10 years old. I could feel ALL the metal springs sticking out. Very old inside the room as well. The shower is also terrible. Don't do it.

I am staying in this hotel every time I am in Zagreb. Good price, clean and close to downtown. Excellent service.

I didn't like that the oven heating has not worked in the right way!

A hotel that is not in the city center but is satisfactory for the price.

This is "a kind ADVICE" for future customers at this Hotel. I had a "very bad experience"; I was robbed of my wallet "in my hotel room"... There are not "safety cameras" installed in all the hotel, even at the reception. The Police confirmed me that my case was the fourth case at the same hotel in two weeks in this August. In my opinion it is a really dangerous place where to stay. Thanks and Best Regards
