Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem

Room, bathroom etc exactly as you'd expect from an upmarket brand. Service inconsistent (long wait for service in restaurant 1st night, room cleaning) but more than made up for by other staff who would 'bend over backwards to help' They managed to bill us twice for the stay but quickly sorted this out when I emailed them. Hotel is in an interesting area architectularly -worth a walk and hotel is outside the Berchem station so watch out as your intercity train will stop here before going on to the Central station. This station is therefore very well served by the tram and bus network-download the App then you can buy tickets before you leave home in UK and just validate them on line. Belgian network is wonderfully integrated (easier than Paris and similar to London) Breakfast is well reviewed elsewhere and you can see why. really shows how investment and 'ownership' can drive loyalty. You can see locals meeting up here for breakfast and it is so clear that the guy preparing the food has real ownership and pride in what he does. So if you are staying for a mini break the breakfast will be the deal breaker and as we found this in an Autumn Radisson sale, this was actually good value. We will return.

Quick check in with clear instructions. Nice and helpful staff members. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Also no sounds from outside the rooms is heard so a good night sleep with comfy beds. Very pleased, will be returning

Stayed at Radisson Antwerp Berchem for 1 night for a shopping trip with my friend. Hotel interior and also our room looked great, really liked the atmosphere and it was very quiet at night which was great. Hotel staff were very friendly and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Lots of choice and the staff were very quick with cleaning up. Also very convenient to have a parking garage underneath the hotel and it only costs us 5 euros for the Saturday night. There's also public transport within a short walking distance but we didn't use it since we were by car. If you look at the map then this hotel looks far away from the city centre but it's really not that far (10 min. by car). Would stay there again next visit

I rated almost everything very good with one exception. I could not find the parking entrance, no luminated signs at all. Had to parc my car temporary and enter the hotel to ask where I could find the entrance.

Park inn Berchem is a vert nice hotel, perfect service with a full scale fitness club access incliuded and the restaurant servers good food for valeu, Hotel is new and nice maintained and very close to the train station 100m!!

Very clean and quiet hotel, located opposite the train station, accessible by the bridge connecting hotel to station, absolutely perfect. Taxi to Antwerp-Deurne airport took less than 5 minutes, costing 8,50 €. Definitely a hotel to remember next time I fly.
